Findem Pricing and Findem AI Cost for the Talent License and Every Add-on

The short answer

Findem does not publish a price on findem.ai. Every plan goes through a demo and a custom quote. The one figure Findem puts in public is on AWS Marketplace, where Findem, Inc lists a Talent License at $25,000 for a 12 month contract, plus a usage fee of $0.01 per unit for activity beyond the contract. Vendr reports a median buyer price of $58,000 a year, with deals from $7,225 to $94,840. Expect an annual contract in the tens of thousands.

What Findem actually charges

Findem pricing as far as anyone can verify it, read on 15 October 2026

We read findem.ai and Findem's own AWS Marketplace listing on 15 October 2026. The site has no rate card. The rows below put the one list price Findem has filed next to every outside figure in circulation, and say who published each one.

Plan Price Billing Where the figure comes from Best for
Findem rate card on findem.ai Published by Findem None published The pricing page lists modules and a Request a demo button. No plan name, seat price, minimum or contract length appears on it The only free offer on the site is a Findem Studio agent that anyone can try. The recruiting platform itself is sold through sales Nothing to budget from. Every Findem deal is a quote
Talent License, AWS Marketplace Published by Findem $25,000 per 12 months Listed by the seller Findem, Inc. One contract term is offered, 12 months. Custom pricing and private offers through Findem sales Full-funnel hiring across inbound, outbound, referrals, alumni and ATS rediscovery, with AI search, market intelligence, unlimited outreach, enriched profiles and ATS integration The only list price Findem itself has published. Usage fee, AWS Marketplace Published by Findem $0.01 per unit Charged for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. The listing does not define what a unit is A cent sounds small. Before you budget

What moves a Findem quote up or down

Findem has grown from a sourcing and talent data tool into a platform with job boards, a CRM, verification, interviews, assessments and planning. A quote is the license plus the modules you add and the usage you run.

Metered usage beyond the contract

$0.01 per unit on AWS

The AWS listing charges a cent per unit for usage the contract does not cover, without defining the unit. Ask whether a search, a revealed contact or an outreach message is a unit, how many are included, and for a monthly cap.

Interview and assessment modules

Modules, quoted

AI video interviews, one-way video, live coding, coding simulations, assessments and AI proctoring now sit on the Findem menu, after it bought Glider AI in March 2026. Each one can be its own line on a proposal.

Portfolio and regional job boards

Quoted

Findem bought Getro, the portfolio job board company used by venture firms, in December 2025. If you run a job board for a fund or a region, it is priced as part of the platform deal, not a separate subscription.

Verification and fraud checks

Quoted

The Verify group covers an authenticity suite, AI proctoring and an ID verify agent. Remote technical hiring teams worried about candidate fraud will see these offered on the demo.

Seats and renewal

Per contract

Nothing on findem.ai states seat counts, renewal increases or notice periods. Get the year two price and a cap on the increase in writing before you sign the first year.

What teams actually pay

Findem cost per year against HireAgent, at three team sizes

Findem prints no seat price, so the Findem column shows the two figures with a trail: the per seat estimate of about $6,000 a year, and the $25,000 Talent License Findem lists on AWS Marketplace. Neither is a quote. Our column is the listed HireAgent plan on annual billing.

Scenario Findem (estimate and AWS list) HireAgent Worth knowing
One recruiter About $6,000 a year (estimate), $25,000 at AWS list $1,794 a year (Solo, 1 seat, up to 3 open roles) Findem is built for teams at companies of 1,000 or more employees, and the lowest contract Vendr reports is $7,225. A one person desk is not who it prices for.
Three recruiters About $18,000 a year (estimate), $25,000 at AWS list $4,794 a year (Growth, 3 seats, up to 10 open roles, ATS integration) Three seats at the estimate land under the AWS license. Findem gives you a talent graph and market data to search. HireAgent screens and ranks the candidates and drafts the outreach for you.
Ten recruiters About $60,000 a year (estimate), Vendr median $58,000 $11,994 a year (Scale, 10 seats, high sourcing volume, SSO) At ten seats the estimate and the Vendr median meet, which suggests the median buyer is a team of about this size. That is roughly five times our Scale plan.

Findem figures are the third-party estimate of about $6,000 per seat a year and the $25,000 AWS Marketplace Talent License, before the $0.01 usage fee and any added modules. Vendr reports real Findem contracts between $7,225 and $94,840 a year, median $58,000. HireAgent plans scale with seats, open roles and sourcing volume and are shown at the annual rate. HireAgent does not replace an ATS. Treat this as the shape of the two pricing models, not as a quote.

What Findem publishes, read on 15 October 2026

We opened findem.ai/pricing on 15 October 2026. It lists Findem's modules and offers a demo. There is no plan name, no price, no seat count, no minimum and no contract term on it. One line reads "Anyone can try an expert-built agent for free", which points to Findem Studio, a set of agents that return a finished piece of work such as a market map, a succession plan or a role calibration. The recruiting platform itself is reached through sales.

Findem has filed exactly one price in public, and it filed it on AWS Marketplace rather than on its own site. The listing, sold by Findem, Inc, offers a Talent License at $25,000 for 12 months, plus a usage fee of $0.01 per unit for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. The license is described as full-funnel hiring across inbound, outbound, referrals, alumni and ATS rediscovery, with AI search, market intelligence, unlimited outreach, enriched candidate profiles and ATS integration. Custom pricing and private offers are arranged through Findem's sales team.

That makes $25,000 a list price, and list prices in this category are where negotiation starts. Several roundups attribute the $25,000 figure to a review site. It is Findem's own filing, which is a stronger source than anything else in circulation.

How much does Findem cost per year?

Plan on tens of thousands of dollars. Vendr's Findem page reports a median buyer price of $58,000 a year, a low of $7,225 and a high of $94,840. It does not say how many contracts those figures come from, and it shows one buyer report of a 51% discount on a new purchase at a company of 201 to 1,000 employees. Pin's Findem pricing article says Findem is not listed on Vendr. It is, so that part of the article is out of date.

The per seat figure you will see most often is about $6,000 per seat a year, from a 2025 SelectSoftware Reviews estimate. Pin and Fabric both repeat it. Fabric widens the range to $8,000 to more than $100,000 a year for full deployments, citing MindHunt. Put the numbers side by side and they agree reasonably well: about ten seats at the estimate comes to $60,000, right next to the Vendr median.

Who that median buyer is matters. SelectSoftware places Findem with companies of 1,000 to 10,000 employees, mostly in-house talent acquisition teams. A three person agency is far below the typical contract, and should expect either a smaller sourcing only engagement or a quote that feels steep for its size. Our survey of AI recruiting software pricing shows where Findem sits against the vendors that publish a rate card.

What a Findem quote is made of

Talent acquisition director reviewing a software contract next to a laptop in a glass meeting room

Findem started as a sourcing tool built on its own people data, the 3D People Graph, which joins profiles with company and career signals so a search can ask for attributes such as "led a team through an acquisition" instead of keywords. It now sells far more than search. Findem's site groups the platform into Attract and Source, Engage, Verify, Interview, Screen and Assess, and Develop and Plan.

In practice that means a proposal can include multichannel sourcing and calibration agents, a talent CRM with network intelligence, portfolio and regional job boards, an authenticity suite with AI proctoring and ID checks, AI video and one-way interviews, live coding and coding simulations, assessments, a screening agent, a scheduling agent, analytics and market intelligence. There is also an API and an MCP server, so the agents can be called from another AI client.

Two acquisitions explain most of that list. Findem bought Getro, the job board platform venture firms use for their portfolio companies, in December 2025, and Glider AI, an assessment and interview platform, in March 2026. It raised a $51 million Series C in October 2025. Each new module is something a rep can add to your quote, so ask for every module as its own line and decide which ones you actually need.

Does Findem have a free trial?

Not for the recruiting platform. Findem lets anyone try one of its Studio agents for free, and that is a real way to see the quality of its data on a role you know. The platform itself, with sourcing, the CRM and outreach, is sold after a demo. Pin and Fabric both state there is no free trial or public tier.

The nearest thing to a trial is the sourcing only engagement SelectSoftware reports, a 3 month term without the rest of the platform. If you want proof before an annual contract, ask for that, or for a paid pilot on one hiring team with agreed measures: qualified candidates surfaced per role, reply rate and time to a first interview.

Is Findem worth it for a mid-market or agency team?

It can be, for a talent acquisition team with a steady volume of hard technical or leadership roles, where better people data changes who gets found. Findem's attribute search and market intelligence are genuine strengths, and the Studio agents for succession planning and role calibration serve workforce planning as well as recruiting. Teams that already buy separate sourcing, CRM, interview and assessment tools may also consolidate spend.

The case against is size and control. A median contract of $58,000 is a large commitment for a team of three to five recruiters, and the metered usage fee means the final bill depends on how much the team runs. If you need a strong search engine at a published price, our comparison of Juicebox vs Findem sets Juicebox's $99 and $179 seats against the Findem license. If the shortlist itself is the bottleneck, a bigger search index will not fix it.

HireAgent works on that part of the job. Give it a role brief and it sources matching candidates, screens and ranks them against structured criteria into a shortlist with the evidence behind every score, drafts personalized outreach and books interviews, and a person approves every decision. Plans are $299, $799 and $1,999 a month, or $1,794, $4,794 and $11,994 a year on annual billing. Our candidate matching software page shows how the ranking works on a real role.

Questions to ask on a Findem demo

What does the Talent License include for our team, and how does this quote compare with the $25,000 list price Findem files on AWS Marketplace? If you buy through AWS, ask whether a private offer there counts against an existing AWS spend commitment, which some finance teams prefer.

What is a usage unit, how many are included, and what is the monthly cap? The $0.01 fee is the line most likely to grow, so get the definition and a ceiling in writing.

Which modules are in this quote, and what does each cost on its own? Interviews, assessments, verification and job boards are now on the menu, and dropping one later is easier when each has its own price.

What is the year two price, the renewal increase and the notice period? Nothing on findem.ai states them. Compare the answers with SeekOut pricing and hireEZ pricing, the two platforms buyers most often shortlist against Findem.

Need the shortlist, not a talent graph?

HireAgent sources candidates against your criteria, screens and ranks them into an explainable shortlist, drafts the outreach and books the interviews, next to the ATS you already run. Plans start at $299 a month, published, and a human makes every hire.
