Head to head
Recruit CRM vs Recruiterflow pricing, automation and AI for recruitment agencies
The short answer
Recruiterflow is cheaper for any agency that needs automation, and Recruit CRM is cheaper for a one-person desk. Recruiterflow publishes one plan, Platform, at $119 per user a month on annual billing or $149 monthly, with sequences, recruiting and sales automation and API access included. Recruit CRM's US card is $95 for Pro, $135 for Business and $215 for Enterprise annually ($109, $159 and $259 monthly), and it only includes workflow automation on Enterprise. Five recruiters who want automation pay $7,140 a year on Recruiterflow against $12,900 on Recruit CRM. Recruit CRM puts AI matching, contact credits and SSO on published plans; Recruiterflow keeps its AI agents and contact finder on the quoted AIRA plan.
Recruiterflow figures come from recruiterflow.com/pricing, including the pricing script and the plan FAQ, read on 1 October 2026. Recruit CRM prices its page by visitor region, so its figures are the US dollar card shipped in its own pricing page data, read on 1 October 2026.

Beyond the rate card
The caps, add-ons and unpriced plans that change the invoice
Recruit CRM rations sequences and sells automation back per user below Enterprise. Recruiterflow includes automation but keeps every AI agent on a plan with no price. Either one can move the real bill further than the seat does.
Recruit CRM email sequences
One on Pro
Pro allows a single automated email sequence. Business and Enterprise are unlimited. An agency that runs different outreach per client or per role type is on Business at $135 from the start, which is the honest comparison against Recruiterflow at $119.
Recruit CRM per-user add-ons
Billed on TOTAL users
On Pro and Business, workflow automation, advanced analytics and LinkedIn messaging are add-ons charged across every user on the account, not only the people who use them. All three are included on Enterprise. Recruiterflow includes recruiting and sales automation on its one published plan and says it sells no add-ons.
Recruiterflow AIRA plan
No published price
Every AIRA agent, the phone and email finder and the custom BI dashboards sit on AIRA, which is quoted. The structured data in Recruiterflow's own pricing page describes the $119 plan as including AI agents, while the visible feature table marks every agent as not included on Platform. Ask which one your quote follows.
Contact data on both sides
Credits or quoted plan
Recruit CRM gives 25 enrichment credits on every plan and 500 phone and email credits a user a month on Enterprise. Recruiterflow Platform has no contact finder at all; it comes with AIRA. Below those tiers, budget a separate contact data tool on either one.
Free trial
Recruit CRM only
Recruit CRM offers a free trial with some usage limits. Recruiterflow lists no trial and no free plan; both of its plans lead to a demo.
Data migration
Free import, paid full migration
Both offer free self-serve Excel or CSV import. Recruit CRM's paid migration is priced on data volume and quoted at about 10 to 14 business days. Recruiterflow's white-glove migration is priced on volume, typically takes 6 to 8 weeks, and can be waived on multi-year contracts.
Regional pricing
Recruit CRM varies by region
Recruit CRM sets its card by visitor location: visitors in Europe see 49, 69 and 109 euros a month annually. Recruiterflow uses the same numbers in dollars and euros (149 and 119) and quotes UK buyers 115 and 89 pounds.
What teams actually pay
What each one actually costs, desk by desk
Published US prices multiplied out to a year, annual billing unless the row says monthly. Add-ons are excluded unless the row names them.
| Scenario | Recruit CRM or Recruiterflow | HireAgent | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|
| One recruiter, one outreach sequence | Recruit CRM Pro $1,140 a year. Recruiterflow Platform $1,428 | $1,794 a year (Solo, billed annually) for one seat and three open roles | The only desk shape where Recruit CRM is cheaper and still fits. One sequence is workable for a solo recruiter with one client type. |
| Three recruiters running sequences for several clients | Recruit CRM Business $4,860 a year. Recruiterflow Platform $4,284 | $4,794 a year (Growth, billed annually) for three seats and ten open roles | Multiple sequences push Recruit CRM to Business. Recruiterflow is $576 a year cheaper and already includes workflow automation, which Business does not. |
| Five recruiters who want workflow automation | Recruit CRM Enterprise $12,900 a year. Recruiterflow Platform $7,140 | $11,994 a year (Scale, billed annually) for ten seats | Automation is included on Recruiterflow's one plan and on Recruit CRM only at Enterprise or as an add-on billed on all users. The gap is $5,760 a year, though Recruit CRM Enterprise also bundles 500 contact credits a user a month. |
| Five recruiters who want AI agents and contact data included | Recruit CRM Enterprise $12,900 a year. Recruiterflow AIRA quoted | $11,994 a year (Scale, billed annually) | Recruit CRM is the only one of the two with a published price for this bundle. Get the AIRA quote per seat and compare it against $215. |
| Ten recruiters on monthly billing | Recruit CRM Business $19,080 a year. Recruiterflow Platform $17,880 | $23,988 a year (Scale, $1,999 a month billed monthly) | Month to month, Recruiterflow is $10 a seat cheaper than Recruit CRM Business and still includes automation. |
Recruit CRM and Recruiterflow are both systems a recruiter drives: someone still writes the search, reads each profile, decides who is worth a message and handles the replies. HireAgent plans scale with seats, open roles and sourcing volume, and the agent does the sourcing, screening, ranking and first outreach, so the useful comparison is hours of recruiter time per shortlist rather than seat against seat.
Each vendor's comparison page gets the other one wrong
Both vendors publish a head-to-head page, and both rank on the first page for this comparison. Recruit CRM's page, read on 1 October 2026, says Recruiterflow has "custom pricing with no clear structure". Recruiterflow's own pricing page publishes its Platform plan at $149 per user a month, or $119 on annual billing. Only the AIRA plan is custom.
Recruiterflow's page against Recruit CRM says Recruit CRM has "no AI agents or true automation features" and an onboarding time of "6 to 8 months average". Recruit CRM's pricing lists an AI resume parser, GPT integration and natural-language AI sourcing on Pro, AI candidate matching on every plan, and workflow automation with 1,000 tasks a user a month on Enterprise. Its stated paid migration time is 10 to 14 business days. Recruiterflow's own white-glove migration, by its FAQ, typically takes 6 to 8 weeks.
At least one roundup on the first page also says Recruiterflow pricing is not publicly listed. It is, with one wrinkle: the $119 annual figure only appears after a script runs in the browser, so tools that read the raw page see $149 twice. Our Recruiterflow pricing and Recruit CRM pricing breakdowns cover each card in detail.
Is Recruiterflow cheaper than Recruit CRM?
For most working agencies, yes. Recruiterflow Platform at $119 a seat on annual billing is $16 cheaper than Recruit CRM Business at $135, which is the first Recruit CRM plan with unlimited sequences, and $96 cheaper than Recruit CRM Enterprise, the first with workflow automation included. Month to month it is $149 against $159 for Business.
Recruit CRM wins on the entry seat. Pro at $95 annually ($109 monthly) is $24 under Recruiterflow, and for a solo recruiter running one outreach sequence that saves $288 a year. It also wins when you need what Recruiterflow only sells on its quoted plan: AI matching, contact credits and a published price for the whole bundle.
The annual discounts differ too. Recruiterflow's annual price saves 20%. Recruit CRM's saves about 13% on Pro, 15% on Business and 17% on Enterprise, so the gap between the two is a little smaller if you pay monthly.
Where the automation and the AI sit on each plan
The two vendors split the same features in opposite directions. Recruiterflow puts automation in the base seat and charges separately for AI. Its Platform plan includes multichannel sequences, recruiting automation and sales automation, while every AIRA agent (Notetaker, Matchmaker, Job Change Alerts, Field Updates, Submission and Task agents) and the phone and email finder are on the quoted AIRA plan.
Recruit CRM puts AI in the base seat and charges for automation. Pro already includes the AI resume parser, GPT integration and AI sourcing, and candidate matching is rationed at 2 matches on Pro and 50 on Business. Workflow automation, advanced analytics and LinkedIn messaging are add-ons on Pro and Business, billed across every user, and only bundled on Enterprise at $215.
So the question that decides the purchase is which one your desk runs on. An agency that lives on triggered follow-ups, stage-based emails and BD sequences gets more for its money from Recruiterflow Platform. An agency that wants matching and contact data inside the system, at a price it can see before the demo, gets that from Recruit CRM. For a wider look at where the screening layer sits across agency tools, see our guide to AI candidate screening software for staffing agencies.
Which is better for a small recruitment agency, Recruit CRM or Recruiterflow?
For a one or two recruiter permanent placement desk, Recruit CRM Pro is the better buy. It is the cheaper seat, it has a free trial, and you can pay monthly from day one without a demo. The one-sequence cap only bites once you run outreach for several client types.
For a three to fifteen recruiter agency that runs outbound to candidates and clients, Recruiterflow Platform usually wins on price and on what is included. Sequences and automation are in the $119 seat, and the API is included for agencies that connect other tools.
Contract staffing desks should lean toward Recruit CRM, which sells a timesheets and invoicing module for contractors; Recruiterflow's pricing page lists no timesheets, pay or billing features. If neither fits because you need a sourcing database built in, our Loxo vs Recruiterflow and Loxo vs Recruit CRM comparisons price that step up on both sides.
Recruit CRM alternative or Recruiterflow alternative on a tighter budget
Agencies usually start this comparison because one invoice grew faster than the team. On Recruit CRM that is often the add-ons billed on total users; on Recruiterflow it is the AIRA quote. If seat price is the whole problem, Manatal publishes $15, $35 and $55 a user with AI scoring on every plan, and our Manatal vs Recruit CRM page sets out what the lower price leaves out.
Before switching between these two, check three things against your current setup: how many active sequences you run, whether anyone relies on automated workflows, and how your recruiters get candidate contact details today. Those three lines decide which plan you really need on each side, and they usually decide the vendor as well.
Five things to get in writing before you sign either one
One, from Recruit CRM, the per-user price of each add-on you need and confirmation that it is billed on all users. Two, whether the card you are quoted matches the US prices of $95, $135 and $215, since the page is priced by region.
Three, from Recruiterflow, the per-seat AIRA price and the minimum contract length, since every AI agent sits there. Four, which features the $119 annual seat includes, since the page data and the feature table disagree on AI agents. Five, from both, the renewal price after the first year, which neither page states.
What neither rate card prices
Both products are systems a recruiter drives. Whichever you choose, someone still writes the search, reads each profile against the brief, decides who is worth contacting and handles the replies. On a desk carrying ten or more open reqs, that time limits placements more than the ATS does.
That is the gap HireAgent covers. It sources, screens and ranks candidates against the brief, drafts personalized outreach and books interviews, and returns a shortlist with the evidence behind every score. It works alongside the system of record you keep, so it can sit next to Recruit CRM or Recruiterflow rather than replace either one. Plans start at $299 a month, or $1,794 a year billed annually, and scale with seats, open roles and sourcing volume.
Two agency systems of record, priced on opposite logic
Recruit CRM sells a low entry seat and charges for automation as you grow. Recruiterflow sells one mid-priced seat with automation inside and charges separately for AI. Either way, someone on your team still opens each profile, judges it against the client brief and writes the first message. HireAgent does that part: it sources, screens and ranks against the brief, drafts the outreach and hands back a shortlist with the evidence attached, next to whichever ATS you keep.
