Beamery Pricing and Beamery Cost per Year for Talent CRM, Sourcing and Workforce Intelligence
The short answer
Beamery does not publish a price. Its old pricing URL returns a 404 and every page on beamery.com ends in Book a demo. Vendr, which tracks real purchases, shows a median of $76,797 a year, with deals from $24,717 to $204,153, on 24 October 2026. The $220,000 average and $75 per user figures that circulate online come from a 2023 article that names no source. Data migration, customization and training are reported as extra lines.

What Beamery actually charges
Beamery pricing as far as anyone can verify it, read on 24 October 2026
We opened beamery.com, its old pricing address and Vendr's Beamery page on 24 October 2026, then traced every figure the roundups repeat. Beamery prints no rate card, so each row names who published the number and what it rests on.
| Plan | Price | Billing | Where the figure comes from | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rate card on beamery.com Stated by Beamery | None published | beamery.com/pricing returns 404. The header, hero and footer of the homepage all point to Book a demo. No plan name, price, seat count, minimum or term anywhere on the site | No free plan, no trial, no self-serve purchase | Nothing to budget from. Every Beamery deal is a quote |
| Vendr median buyer Third party, not published | $76,797 a year | Vendr Beamery page, read 24 Oct 2026. Observed range $24,717 to $204,153 a year. Deal count and modules not stated | One product line, "Beamery", with no tier split | The fairest single anchor for a large employer |
| Low end, Vendr Third party, not published | About $24,717 a year | Vendr low observation. HeroHunt (July 2026) reads it as one module for a small team | Typically Talent CRM or Sourcing and Matching on its own | A single TA team buying one module |
| High end, Vendr Third party, not published | About $204,153 a year | Vendr high observation. HeroHunt reads it as the full platform for a global enterprise | CRM, sourcing, career sites, analytics and workforce intelligence together | Global employers consolidating several tools |
| Paraform "average" Third party, not published | $220,000 a year, up to $580,000 | Paraform blog, dated 29 Sep 2023, no source named. Nearly three times Vendr's median | Not tied to any module or company size | Do not budget from it |
| Per user figures Third party, not published | $75 a user a month (Paraform), "$10 to $100" (SelectHub) | Neither names a source or a unit Beamery uses. HeroHunt notes Beamery is not sold per seat | No published seat price exists | Ignore. Ask for the module and scale lines instead |
| Implementation and services Third party, not published | Quoted separately | Vendr, via HeroHunt: data migration, customization, training and ongoing support are common additional costs. No figures published | ATS and HRIS connection (Workday and SAP SuccessFactors named on the site), data import, setup | The line to fix in writing before you sign |

What moves a Beamery quote up or down
Beamery prices the deployment, not the recruiter seat. The drivers below come from Beamery's own product list and from what Vendr and HeroHunt report about how deals are built.
Modules switched on
The main driver
beamery.com lists Job Design and Calibration, Talent CRM, Sourcing and Matching, Talent Marketing, Talent Analytics, Events and Campus, and Career Sites and Chatbot, plus a Workforce Intelligence Suite. The gap between a CRM-only deal and one with workforce intelligence explains most of Vendr's spread.
Ray, the AI consultant
Ask if it is included
Beamery describes Ray as an embedded agentic AI consultant, launched in July 2025 with Task Intelligence, and an Execution Suite for AI sourcing, matching and engagement. Get written confirmation of which AI features sit inside the modules you are quoted.
Scale of deployment
Employees and regions
The case studies on the homepage are employers of 30,000 to 225,000 people. Quotes scale with the organization the platform covers, not the number of recruiters logging in.
Integration and data work
Services line
Beamery names Workday and SAP SuccessFactors integrations. Migration of an existing CRM, custom fields and training are reported as extra services, so get each as its own line.
Term length
Discount lever
HeroHunt reports that multi-year terms and module bundles are where discounts come from. A longer term buys a lower annual price and more lock in.
What teams actually pay
Beamery cost per year against HireAgent, at three hiring shapes
Beamery prints no price and does not price by seat, so the Beamery column uses Vendr's observed figures at the size each most plausibly describes. Neither column is a quote. Ours is the listed HireAgent plan on annual billing.
| Scenario | Beamery (Vendr) | HireAgent | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 roles open, 3 recruiters | From about $24,717 a year at Vendr's low end, plus services | $4,794 a year (Growth, 3 seats, up to 10 open roles, ATS integration) | At this size a talent CRM has little to nurture. The work is finding and ranking people for ten open roles. |
| 40 roles open, 10 recruiters | Around $76,797 a year at Vendr's median, plus services | $11,994 a year (Scale, 10 seats, up to 40 open roles, SSO) | The gap is about six times before implementation. Beamery adds career sites, events and talent marketing that HireAgent does not. |
| 120 roles open, 30 recruiters | Toward $204,153 a year at Vendr's high end, full platform | $35,982 a year (Enterprise, 3 Scale units, up to 120 open roles) | Here Beamery's workforce planning and skills data can earn their price. Many teams this size run an agent for sourcing and screening next to it. |
Beamery figures are third party: Vendr median $76,797 and range $24,717 to $204,153 a year, read 24 Oct 2026, before migration, customization and training. HireAgent plans scale with seats, open roles and sourcing volume and are shown at the annual rate, half the monthly price.
What Beamery publishes, read on 24 October 2026
We opened beamery.com/pricing on 24 October 2026 and it returned a 404. The homepage has no price, plan, seat count or contract term, and the header, hero and footer all lead to Book a demo. There is no trial and no plan you can buy without talking to sales.
What the site does set out is the product. Beamery sells a Data Platform (Task Intelligence, Skills Intelligence and Talent Market Insights), a Workforce Intelligence Suite, an Execution Suite for AI sourcing, matching and engagement, and Ray, which it calls an embedded agentic AI consultant. Under talent acquisition it lists Job Design and Calibration, Talent CRM, Sourcing and Matching, Talent Marketing, Talent Analytics, Events and Campus, and Career Sites and Chatbot. It names Workday and SAP SuccessFactors integrations and features case studies from Flex, Salesforce, Hilti and Wells Fargo.
That list explains the pricing. Beamery is built for large employers planning their workforce by skills, with recruiting as one part of it. A buyer is paying for the data layer and the planning tools as much as for the recruiter screens.
How much does Beamery cost?
Expect a five or six figure annual contract. Vendr, which aggregates real software purchases, shows a median of $76,797 a year, with observed deals from $24,717 to $204,153, read on 24 October 2026. The page lists one product, does not split by module and does not say how many deals sit behind the numbers.
Those are the figures HeroHunt (July 2026) and noon.ai (September 2026) also report, so on Beamery the roundups agree with the source. The outlier is Paraform, whose article puts the average at about $220,000 a year, the maximum at $580,000 and a basic license at $75 a user a month. That article is dated 29 September 2023 and names no source for any figure, and its average is close to three times Vendr's median. SelectHub shows "$10 to $100" with no unit next to "Custom Quote". Neither is a number to budget from.
Then add services. Vendr notes that data migration, customization, training and ongoing support are common additional costs, without figures. Our survey of AI recruiting software pricing shows the same split across the category: quoted platforms bill setup separately, published ones mostly do not.
Does Beamery charge per user?
No published per user price exists. HeroHunt notes that Beamery prices by the modules you enable and the scale of the deployment, not by recruiter seat, and calls per user figures online close to meaningless. The $75 a user a month figure traces back to the unsourced 2023 Paraform article.
In practice that means adding recruiters does not drive the quote much, while adding a module or a region does. Ask the account executive which modules and which employee population the number covers, and what happens to the price if either grows mid term.
Is there a Beamery free trial?
No. Nothing on beamery.com offers a trial, a free plan or a self-serve purchase, and Vendr, via HeroHunt, reports no free version and no self-serve trial. Every evaluation runs through a demo.
If you want proof before a multi-year contract, ask for a paid pilot on one business unit with agreed measures: share of hires sourced from the CRM, time to fill, recruiter hours per hire and how many silver medalists were re-engaged. Beamery points to a Forrester study it commissioned (October 2023) that reports a 30% average cut in time to fill. Treat that as the vendor's case and set your own target.
Beamery contract terms to check before you sign
HeroHunt reports that discounts come from multi-year terms and module bundles. That trades a lower annual price for lock in, so get the term, the year two price, the cap on increases and the renewal notice window written into the order form.
Vendor stability is a fair question at this price. HeroHunt reports Beamery raised about $223 million and was valued at $1 billion at its 2022 Series D, then cut roughly 12% of staff in January 2023 and 25% in November 2023. Ask which modules have dedicated engineering teams and what the roadmap commitments are, and ask for support response times in the contract. If you hire in New York City, AI ranking of candidates also falls under Local Law 144, which requires a bias audit and candidate notice; our guide to AI hiring laws and compliance covers the obligations.
When Beamery is worth it, and when it is the wrong tool
Beamery is worth its price when you plan a large workforce by skills and want recruiting, internal mobility and talent marketing on one data layer. A global employer replacing a CRM, a career site builder, an events tool and a skills taxonomy project can make a $77,000 median pay back, and Beamery's Workday and SuccessFactors links fit that buyer.
It is the wrong tool when the problem is this quarter's open requisitions. A talent CRM pays off once there is a large pool to nurture and a team to run campaigns. A company with 10 to 40 open roles and a few recruiters needs people found, screened and contacted for those roles now, and does not need workforce planning to get there.
HireAgent does that part of the job. Give it a role brief and it sources matching candidates, screens and ranks them against structured criteria into a shortlist with the evidence behind every score, drafts personalized outreach and books interviews, and a person approves every decision. It does not run career sites, events or workforce planning; our Beamery alternatives guide sorts the tools that do by the part of Beamery they replace. Plans are $299, $799 and $1,999 a month, or $1,794, $4,794 and $11,994 a year, with no implementation fee. If the job is ranking applicants you already have, see candidate ranking software; if it is finding people who never applied, see AI sourcing software.
Questions to ask on a Beamery demo
Which modules is this quote built on, and which features on this demo sit outside them? Ray, Sourcing and Matching and the Workforce Intelligence Suite are the lines to confirm one by one.
What employee population and regions does the price cover, and what happens if we add a business unit mid term?
What are data migration, customization, training and support, each as a fixed fee? Ask whether the Workday or SuccessFactors connector is included or a services project.
What is the term, the year two price, the cap on increases and the renewal notice period? Compare the answers with the reported figures on our Findem pricing and SeekOut pricing pages, the two platforms most often quoted next to Beamery.
Need open roles filled, not a talent platform?
HireAgent sources candidates against your criteria, screens and ranks them into an explainable shortlist, drafts the outreach and books the interviews, next to the ATS you already run. Plans start at $299 a month, published, with no implementation fee, and a human makes every hire.

FAQ
Beamery pricing questions, answered
The questions buyers actually ask before they sign.
How much does Beamery cost?
Beamery does not publish prices. Vendr showed a median of $76,797 a year on 24 October 2026, with deals from $24,717 to $204,153. Data migration, customization, training and support are reported as additional costs. A single module for one team sits near the low end, the full platform near the top.
What is Beamery pricing per user?
There is none. Beamery prices by modules and deployment scale, not per seat. The $75 a user a month figure online comes from a 2023 Paraform article with no stated source, and SelectHub shows "$10 to $100" with no unit.
Does Beamery have a free trial?
No. Beamery offers no free plan, trial or self-serve purchase, read on 24 October 2026; every evaluation runs through a demo. A paid pilot on one business unit is something buyers negotiate rather than something Beamery offers by default.
Why do Beamery cost estimates vary so much?
Because the deals differ in kind. Vendr's low of $24,717 reflects one module for a small team and its high of $204,153 the full platform for a global employer. Older figures such as a $220,000 average have no traceable source and should not anchor a budget.
Is Beamery worth it for a small recruiting team?
Rarely. Beamery is built for employers of tens of thousands of people planning by skills. A team with a few recruiters and 10 to 40 open roles gets more from software that sources, screens and ranks candidates for those roles, at a published monthly price.
What is a cheaper alternative to Beamery for sourcing candidates?
If the need is finding and ranking people for open roles rather than workforce planning, HireAgent sources, screens, ranks and drafts outreach from $299 a month or $1,794 a year, with no implementation fee. For skills-based workforce planning across a large enterprise, Beamery remains the specialist.
