Head to head
Juicebox vs Findem Pricing and AI Sourcing Cost for 1 to 10 Recruiters
The short answer
Juicebox publishes its prices and Findem does not. Juicebox Starter costs $99 per seat a month on annual billing ($119 monthly) with 500 contact credits, and Growth costs $179 ($199 monthly) with 1,500 credits per seat and a five seat cap, so three recruiters pay $6,444 a year and five pay $10,740. Findem sells through a demo and a quote, the one price it lists in public is its AWS Marketplace Talent License at $25,000 for a 12 month contract plus a metered usage fee, and Vendr reports a median Findem contract of $58,000 a year. For a team of one to five recruiters Juicebox is the cheaper and faster buy, and Findem starts to make sense when you need ATS rediscovery, warm introductions and verification in one platform.
Juicebox figures come from the monthly and yearly cards on juicebox.ai/pricing and the structured data in the same page. Findem publishes no rate card, so its figures come from the Findem listing on AWS Marketplace and from Vendr contract data, each labeled where it is used.

Beyond the rate card
The contract terms, credits and integrations that change the invoice
With one vendor printing a seat price and the other quoting a license, the list price is only the start. Contract length, metered usage, the seat cap and where the ATS connection sits decide what the year actually costs.
How you buy
Card on Juicebox, demo and quote on Findem
Juicebox Starter and Growth are checkout plans, and the $0 plan lets you run a few searches before paying. Every call to action on the Findem platform pages is Request a demo, and the pricing URL on findem.ai redirects to the platform overview. Plan for a sales cycle on Findem and a same-day start on Juicebox.
Contract length
Monthly possible on Juicebox, 12 months on the Findem listing
Juicebox sells Starter and Growth monthly at $119 and $199 a seat, so you can stop after a quiet quarter. The only Findem term in public is the 12 month contract on AWS Marketplace. Juicebox Business is annual only too, so the month to month advantage ends at seat six.
Metered usage
Credits on Juicebox, a usage fee on Findem
Juicebox meters contact reveals, 500 a month on Starter and 1,500 per seat on Growth, and one credit returns every email and phone number on a profile. The Findem listing adds a consumption charge of $0.01 per unit for metered activity beyond the license, without saying on the page what a unit is. Ask for the unit definition and a forecast in writing.
ATS integration
Business only on Juicebox, part of the Findem license
Juicebox lists more than 40 ATS connections, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and iCIMS, but only on the quoted Business plan. Findem builds on the ATS as the system of record, with rediscovery of past applicants, deduplication, refresh and export back, and shows Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, iCIMS, Jobvite, Workday and SAP on its integrations page.
Seat cap
5 on Juicebox Growth, not stated by Findem
Juicebox Growth stops at five seats, so recruiter number six moves the whole team to a quoted annual plan. Findem does not publish a per seat price or a seat count for its license, which makes the seats included the first question to ask.
AI agents
$199 each on Juicebox, bundled or outcome-priced on Findem
A Juicebox agent costs $199 a month with unlimited contact and email credits. Findem lists calibration, screening, scheduling, application boost and ID verification agents and says on its AWS listing that you pay for results, not clicks, with no public rate for any of them.
Security paperwork
SOC 2 Type II on both
Juicebox states SOC 2 Type II plus GDPR and CCPA compliance on its site. Findem states SOC 2 Type II with an annual independent audit and a privacy program aligned to the NIST Privacy Framework. Neither vendor prints SSO terms on a public plan, so ask before a security review.
What teams actually pay
What 1, 3, 5 and 10 recruiters actually pay
Juicebox list prices multiplied out to a year. Findem shown at the two public reference points, its $25,000 AWS Marketplace list price and the Vendr median, because Findem prints no per seat price.
| Scenario | Juicebox or Findem | HireAgent | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|
| One recruiter, annual billing | Juicebox Starter $1,188 a year. Findem quoted, with a $25,000 AWS list price | $1,794 a year (Solo, billed annually) for one seat and three open roles | Juicebox wins on price by a factor of about 21 against the Findem list figure. A single recruiter rarely has the ATS history that Findem is built to mine. |
| One recruiter who will not prepay a year | Juicebox Starter $1,428 a year at $119 a month. Findem publishes no monthly option | $3,588 a year (Solo, $299 a month billed monthly) | Only Juicebox lets you leave after a slow month. HireAgent costs more than a search seat because it screens and ranks against the brief as well as finding people. |
| Three recruiters, annual billing | Juicebox Growth $6,444 a year. Findem $25,000 list, about $8,333 a head if the license covers all three | $4,794 a year (Growth, billed annually) for three seats and ten open roles | Juicebox gives 4,500 contact credits a month at this size with no ATS sync. The Findem figure includes ATS integration but the listing does not say how many users it covers. |
| Three recruiters plus one Juicebox agent | Juicebox Growth and one agent $8,832 a year. Findem $25,000 list | $4,794 a year (Growth, billed annually) | One shared agent adds $2,388 a year and brings unlimited contact and email credits on the searches it runs. Still about a third of the Findem list price. |
| Five recruiters, annual billing | Juicebox Growth $10,740 a year. Findem $25,000 list, about $5,000 a head if the license covers all five | $11,994 a year (Scale, billed annually) for ten seats | Five is the Growth ceiling. Juicebox is still less than half the Findem list figure, and the gap is what you pay for rediscovery, relationship data and ATS sync. |
| Ten recruiters | Juicebox Business quoted, annual only. Findem quoted, Vendr median $58,000 a year | $11,994 a year (Scale, billed annually) for ten seats | Neither vendor prints a price at this size, so both are a negotiation. Vendr reports a median Juicebox contract of $26,147 a year, under half its Findem median. |
Juicebox and Findem both return people to review, and a recruiter still judges each profile against the brief. HireAgent plans scale with seats, open roles and sourcing volume, and the agent screens and ranks every candidate against the brief with the evidence attached, so the fair comparison is recruiter hours per shortlist, not price per seat.
How does Juicebox pricing compare to Findem
The two vendors are priced in different ways, and that is the first thing a shortlist needs to account for. Juicebox prints a rate card. Starter is $99 per seat a month on annual billing or $119 monthly, with 500 contact credits and 500 export credits. Growth is $179 annually or $199 monthly, with 1,500 of each per seat and a cap of five seats. Agents are $199 per agent a month on top, and Business is quoted and annual only.
Findem prints nothing on its own site. There are no plan names, no seat price and no minimum, and the pricing address on findem.ai sends you to the platform overview. The one figure Findem itself puts in public is on AWS Marketplace, where Findem, Inc lists a Talent License at $25,000 for a 12 month contract, plus a usage fee of $0.01 per unit for metered activity beyond the license. The listing adds that custom pricing is arranged through a private offer, so treat $25,000 as a list price to negotiate from. Our full breakdown of Findem pricing traces every other Findem figure in circulation, from the $6,000 seat estimate to the Vendr median.
Put side by side, the Findem list price equals 11.6 Juicebox Growth seats at $2,148 a year each, and Growth stops at five seats. In plain terms, any team small enough to buy Juicebox off the card pays well under half of what the Findem listing asks. Our Juicebox pricing breakdown walks through every card, the credit math and the structured data mismatch in more detail.
One oddity on the Juicebox side is worth knowing before you budget. The structured data inside the pricing page lists Growth on annual billing at $159, while both visible cards say $179. Ask which one applies to you, because on five seats the difference is $1,200 a year.
What Findem actually costs, from the two public figures
Since Findem quotes every deal, the honest answer comes from two outside reference points, and neither is a promise of what you will be offered. The first is the AWS Marketplace listing above, at $25,000 for 12 months. The listing describes two pricing dimensions billed under one contract. The Talent License is the fixed subscription, and the usage fee scales with how much you use.
The second is Vendr, which tracks software purchases. Vendr reports that the median Findem buyer pays $58,000 a year, with a low of $7,225 and a high of $94,840. That is a wide spread, which usually means the product is sold in configurations: a small sourcing-only package at the bottom, and CRM, analytics, verification and more users at the top.
For scale, Vendr reports a median Juicebox contract of $26,147 a year, with a range of $5,724 to $93,931. That low figure is exactly three Growth seats at the $159 annual rate in the structured data of the Juicebox page, so it is worth asking for that rate. A median that far above the rate card implies that many of the contracts Vendr sees are quoted Business deals, not Starter or Growth seats.
What this means for a buyer with one to ten recruiters: expect a Findem conversation to start in the low five figures a year and to move with scope, and expect Juicebox to cost $1,188 to $10,740 a year from the card until you pass five seats. If your budget for a sourcing tool is under $10,000, Findem is unlikely to fit unless sales offers a narrow package.
Where Juicebox wins
Price and speed for a small team. A recruiter can pay $99, type a plain-English description of the person they want, and have a ranked list the same afternoon. There is no demo to schedule, no annual commitment on Starter or Growth, and no implementation project. For a team of one to five that is a real advantage, since the tool is earning its cost in the first week.
A cost per contact you can compute. Starter works out to 19.8 cents per contact credit and Growth to 11.9 cents on annual billing, and one credit returns every email and phone number on the profile. Findem prints no contact allowance at all, so you cannot work out a unit cost before you talk to sales.
Agents with a printed price. A Juicebox agent is $199 a month with unlimited contact and email credits, and it can be shared across the organization. Three Growth seats plus one agent cost $8,832 a year. Findem offers agents too, but none has a public rate.
Search most recruiters can use on day one. Juicebox says it covers 800 million profiles from more than 30 data sources, with search built around a written description, not a filter library. If Juicebox is already on your shortlist against other search seats, our Pin vs Juicebox comparison and SeekOut vs Juicebox comparison price the closest rivals the same way.
Where Findem wins
Your own ATS as a source. Findem treats the applicant tracking system as the system of record and works on top of it. It resurfaces past applicants, finalists and silver medalists who match a current search, merges duplicates, refreshes stale records and writes notes and tags back. On Juicebox, any ATS connection sits on the quoted Business plan. A company with ten years of applicant history gets more out of Findem here than a startup with an empty ATS.
Depth of the data model. Findem says its profiles are built from more than 100,000 data sources, that teams can search 300,000 plus structured attributes, and that its people graph holds 1.6 trillion expert-labeled data points across 850 million plus profiles. Those are vendor claims we cannot audit, but the design is different in kind: attributes such as startup experience or having scaled a team are computed in advance, so you can filter on career patterns and not only on titles.
Warm paths and verification. Findem sells relationship signals that show who on your team or among your investors can introduce a candidate, and an Authenticity Suite that flags fake or inflated profiles. For executive search, venture and private equity talent teams, and any company seeing fraudulent applicants, those are features a search seat does not replace.
One platform past sourcing. Findem lists a talent CRM, analytics, market intelligence, AI interviews, assessments and scheduling under the same roof. If the goal is to retire three tools, the $25,000 list price should be compared against that stack, not against one Juicebox seat. Findem also offers Fast Track, a managed search run by a recruiter on its side for a hard leadership hire.
What each vendor says about the other
Both vendors publish a comparison page about this pair, and both are worth reading with the author in mind. Juicebox describes Findem as sales-led, with no public pricing, no trial, annual contracts and implementations it says reviewers put at two to six weeks. The pricing part matches what we found on findem.ai. The trial part needs a footnote: Findem says anyone can try one of its Studio agents for free, though the recruiting platform itself is reached through a demo.
Juicebox also says Findem search has to be assembled from an attribute library. Findem tells it differently. Its startup page says you describe the role in plain language and its assistant, Fia, returns a ranked shortlist with no Boolean strings required. The fair way to settle that is to ask for a live search on one of your own open roles in the demo.
Findem, for its part, writes that Juicebox and similar tools are strong at one thing, turning a natural-language prompt into a candidate list and sending email outreach, and positions itself as the choice for enterprise teams that need deeper evidence. It does not mention price anywhere on that page. That omission is the most useful line in either comparison, because for a small team price is the deciding difference.
Juicebox or Findem for a recruiting agency
For most agencies of one to five recruiters, Juicebox is the practical pick. The work is outbound, the roles change every few weeks, and the cost has to be recovered on the next placement. A monthly seat at $119 or $199 with 500 to 1,500 contact credits fits that pattern, and you can drop a seat when a recruiter leaves.
Findem aims at a different customer. Its solution pages are written for in-house talent acquisition, executive search firms, startups and venture or private equity talent teams. A retained executive search firm that lives on relationships and long-running candidate files is the agency type most likely to get value from its relationship data. A contingency desk filling volume roles is not.
One limit applies to both. Neither tool decides who is actually qualified. Juicebox ranks profiles against your description, and Findem ranks on its own signals, but a recruiter still reads the list against the client brief. If the comparison you are really running is search seat against LinkedIn, our Juicebox vs LinkedIn Recruiter page covers that trade, and Juicebox vs Gem covers the option that can bundle an ATS, quoted on company FTE count.
Where neither Juicebox nor Findem fits
Both products answer the question of who to contact. Neither removes the hours after that: reading 80 profiles against five must-haves, deciding who is worth a message, writing something specific and booking the call. A team that is short on recruiter time, not on candidate names, will buy either tool and still be behind.
That is the gap HireAgent is built for. You describe the role, and the agent sources candidates, screens each one against every must-have with the line from the profile that proves it, ranks the pool, drafts personalized outreach and schedules interviews. A person on your team approves the shortlist and makes the hire. Solo is $299 a month or $1,794 a year billed annually for one seat and three open roles, Growth is $799 a month or $4,794 a year for three seats and ten open roles with ATS integration, and Scale is $1,999 a month or $11,994 a year for ten seats. Plans scale with seats, open roles and sourcing volume, and the full card is on our pricing page.
Be clear about where we do not win. If you only need contact data in bulk, Juicebox Growth at 11.9 cents a credit is cheaper than any HireAgent plan. If you need rediscovery across a decade of ATS records, relationship mapping through investors or identity verification, Findem covers ground we do not. HireAgent fits the team that wants the shortlist done and explained. Our AI sourcing software page shows how that works on a live role, and the Juicebox alternative page lists the other priced options.
Six things to get in writing before you sign either one
From Juicebox, ask three things. One, whether Growth on annual billing is $179 or the $159 in the page data. Two, the Business price per seat for your headcount if you have six or more recruiters, and whether it is annual only for every seat. Three, what happens to unused contact credits at the end of the month, which the pricing page does not state.
From Findem, ask three more. Four, how many users the Talent License covers and what each added user costs. Five, the definition of a usage unit and a written forecast of the usage fee for your hiring volume. Six, which modules are in the quote, since sourcing, CRM, analytics, verification and interviewing are all listed as products, and whether a term shorter than 12 months exists.
Then run the same open role through both. Take a search you have already filled, write the brief once, and see whether each tool returns the person you hired and how long it takes a recruiter to get there. That test costs an afternoon on Juicebox and one demo on Findem, and it tells you more than either comparison page.
A search seat, a talent platform, or the shortlist done for you
Juicebox sells a search seat you can buy with a card. Findem sells a talent platform through a quote. Both hand a recruiter a list to work through. HireAgent returns a ranked shortlist instead, with every candidate scored against each must-have in your brief, the line from the profile that proves it, and outreach drafted for the ones worth contacting.

FAQ
Juicebox vs Findem questions, answered
The questions buyers actually ask before they sign.
How does Juicebox pricing compare to Findem?
Juicebox is far cheaper at small team sizes and it is the only one with a public rate card. Juicebox charges $99 to $199 per seat a month, so five recruiters pay $10,740 a year. Findem is quoted, its AWS Marketplace listing shows $25,000 for 12 months, and Vendr reports a $58,000 median.
How does Juicebox compare to Findem?
Juicebox is a self-serve AI search and outreach seat, and Findem is a quoted talent platform that sits on top of your ATS. Juicebox is quicker to start and cheaper for one to five recruiters. Findem adds ATS rediscovery, relationship signals, profile verification and analytics for larger in-house teams.
How much does Juicebox cost?
Juicebox costs $99 per seat a month on annual billing or $119 monthly for Starter, and $179 annually or $199 monthly for Growth, which allows up to five seats. Business is quoted and annual only. AI agents cost $199 per agent a month on top of a paid plan.
How much does Findem cost?
Findem does not publish a price on its website, and every plan is quoted after a demo. Its AWS Marketplace listing shows a Talent License at $25,000 for a 12 month contract plus a metered usage fee. Vendr reports a median Findem contract of $58,000 a year, ranging from $7,225 to $94,840.
Is Findem better than Juicebox?
It depends on team size and what you need beyond search. Findem is the stronger fit for an in-house team with years of ATS history, a need for warm introductions and a five figure budget. Juicebox is the better buy for one to five recruiters who want search and outreach working today.
Does Findem have a free trial?
Findem does not advertise a self-serve trial of its recruiting platform, which is reached through a demo request. Findem does say anyone can try one of its Studio agents for free. Juicebox lists a $0 plan with limited searches and 5 one-off contact credits, so you can test it without talking to sales.
What is Findem?
Findem is an AI talent platform that combines external candidate search with the data already in your ATS and CRM. It says it draws on 850 million plus profiles and more than 100,000 data sources, and it sells sourcing, a talent CRM, relationship signals, verification, analytics, AI interviews and assessments.
Is Findem worth it?
Findem is worth pricing if you would use more than its search. A team that mines its own ATS, maps warm introductions and screens for fake profiles can justify a contract in the tens of thousands. A team that only needs outbound search and contact data gets that from Juicebox for $1,188 to $10,740 a year.
Which is better for agencies, Juicebox or Findem?
Juicebox suits most agencies of one to five recruiters, because seats can be bought monthly from $119 and each carries 500 to 1,500 contact credits. Findem is aimed at in-house teams, executive search firms and investor talent teams, and its only public price is a 12 month license at $25,000.
Can Findem replace Juicebox?
Functionally yes, since Findem covers outbound search, outreach and agents as well as rediscovery, CRM and verification. Financially it is a different purchase. Replacing three Juicebox Growth seats at $6,444 a year with a Findem contract means moving to a quoted annual license whose one public list price is $25,000.
Do Juicebox and Findem integrate with an ATS?
Both do, on different terms. Juicebox lists more than 40 ATS connections, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday, but only on its quoted Business plan. Findem includes ATS integration in its Talent License and shows Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, iCIMS, Jobvite, Workday and SAP on its integrations page.
What is a good alternative to Juicebox and Findem?
The right alternative depends on the gap. Pin and SeekOut are priced search seats close to Juicebox, Gem bundles an ATS on a quote based on company FTE count, and HireAgent sources, screens and ranks candidates against your brief with evidence, from $299 a month or $1,794 a year billed annually.
