The short answer
Recruit CRM pricing in the US is $95 per user a month for Pro, $135 for Business and $215 for Enterprise on annual billing, which works out to $1,140, $1,620 and $2,580 a user a year. Month to month the same plans cost $109, $159 and $259. Most reviews still quote $85, $125 and $165, which is the previous rate card. Workflow automation, LinkedIn messaging and advanced analytics are included only on Enterprise and billed per user on the two cheaper plans.

Recruit CRM pricing, plan by plan
All figures below are the US dollar card, per user, per month. Recruit CRM sets prices by region, so the page you see depends on where you open it. Its pricing code carries the dollar card as the default, and that is the card US buyers are shown.
| Plan | Annual billing | Monthly billing | Per user per year | Real annual saving |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $95 | $109 | $1,140 | 12.8% |
| Business (most popular) | $135 | $159 | $1,620 | 15.1% |
| Enterprise | $215 | $259 | $2,580 | 17.0% |
The annual toggle on the page says "Save up to 20%". On the dollar card none of the three plans gets there. Enterprise comes closest at 17%, and Pro, the plan most small agencies start on, saves under 13%. If you are deciding between monthly and annual on Pro, the difference is $168 a user a year, which is a fair price for being able to leave after month three.
How much does Recruit CRM cost?
Recruit CRM costs $1,140 a year per user on Pro, $1,620 on Business and $2,580 on Enterprise with annual billing. A three recruiter agency on Business pays $4,860 a year, or $5,724 if it pays monthly. Add-ons for automation, LinkedIn messaging, analytics and contact enrichment sit on top on Pro and Business.
Here is what that looks like for the team sizes that usually buy Recruit CRM, using annual billing unless the row says otherwise.
| Team | Pro | Business | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 recruiter | $1,140 | $1,620 | $2,580 |
| 3 recruiters | $3,420 | $4,860 | $7,740 |
| 5 recruiters | $5,700 | $8,100 | $12,900 |
| 5 recruiters, billed monthly | $6,540 | $9,540 | $15,540 |
| 10 recruiters | $11,400 | $16,200 | $25,800 |
Why most Recruit CRM price quotes are out of date
Search for this and you will find at least four different price lists. Several reviews quote $85, $125 and $165 per user a month on annual billing. That was the US rate card before the current one, and Enterprise has since moved up $50 a seat. Capterra's pricing page shows $100, $150 and $165, which matches neither card. There is also a 2024 pricing PDF on Recruit CRM's own site that still ranks.
The fourth list is the euro card. Recruit CRM loads prices from a pricing service that checks the visitor's location, and a visitor in Europe is shown 49, 69 and 109 euros a month on annual billing and 55, 85 and 135 monthly. That is roughly half the dollar price, and it is where some of the lower figures in forum threads come from. A US agency will not be offered it.
One more naming quirk: the pricing service calls the entry plan "Team Plan" internally, while the page still labels it Pro. If a sales rep or an invoice says Team, it is the same $95 tier.
What each Recruit CRM plan includes
Pro is a complete agency ATS and CRM: the Chrome sourcing extension, AI resume parser, GPT integration, AI sourcing, an integrated mailbox, calling and call recording, deal pipelines, the reporting suite, unlimited open jobs and job board posting. The limits are what matter. Pro gets one email sequence, 2 candidate matches, 15 custom fields and a single hiring pipeline.
Business removes those limits. Sequences become unlimited, candidate matching goes to 50, custom fields to 150 and pipelines to multiple. It adds bulk texting, the executive search report generator, resume formatting, custom roles and teams, single sign-on, audit logs, IP whitelisting and two email connections per user. For any agency running outbound across more than one client, Business is the real starting plan, because one sequence does not survive the first week.
Enterprise folds in the paid extras: workflow automation with 1,000 tasks a user a month, advanced analytics, LinkedIn messaging inside the CRM, data enrichment with 500 phone and email credits a user a month, calling and texting credits, the Recruit Craft career site builder, job multiposting with 10 jobs a user a month across 5,000+ channels, and a dedicated account manager.
Recruit CRM add-ons and what they cost you
This is the part of the page that changes the invoice. On Pro and Business, workflow automation, advanced analytics and the LinkedIn messaging integration are each "billed per user based on the total number of users you have in Recruit CRM". Read that twice. It means the add-on is charged across every user on the account, not only the recruiters who use it. An agency with four recruiters and two coordinators pays for six.
Data enrichment and job multiposting run on credits. Every plan gets 25 free enrichment credits, which cover a single afternoon of outbound. The dollar price of add-ons and credits is not on the page, so ask for it in the quote.
A simple rule falls out of this. If you would buy two or more of the per-user add-ons on Business, price Enterprise first. The gap between Business and Enterprise is $80 a user a month, and two per-user add-ons can close most of it while also giving you enrichment credits and a career site. If you only need a careers page, a separate AI website builder is often cheaper than moving every seat up a tier.
Does Recruit CRM have a free trial?
Yes. Recruit CRM offers a free trial with hands-on access to the platform, and the page notes that certain usage limits apply during the trial. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time and export your data. Migration is free through the built-in Excel or CSV import, or paid if Recruit CRM's engineers move the data for you, priced on volume and taking 10 to 14 business days.
Recruit CRM pricing against Loxo, Crelate and Recruiterflow
Recruit CRM sits in the middle of the agency ATS market on price. The useful comparison is not seat against seat but the cheapest tier on each side that can run sequenced outbound, since that is the job most agencies buy these systems for.
| Vendor | Cheapest plan with unlimited outbound sequences | Price per user per month, annual | Monthly billing | Own sourcing database |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Recruit CRM | Business | $135 | Yes, $159 | No, Chrome extension and AI sourcing over the web |
| Crelate | Business Plus | From $149, published in page data | Not stated | Discovery Agent, not priced on any plan |
| Recruiterflow | Platform | $119 | Yes, $149 | No, the contact finder sits on the quoted AIRA tier |
| Loxo | Core | $149, paid up front | No | Only on Professional at $199, 850M+ profiles |
Two things stand out. Recruit CRM is one of only two vendors here that let you pay monthly, which matters for an agency whose billings swing by quarter. And at the top of its range Recruit CRM becomes the expensive option: Enterprise at $215 costs more than Loxo Professional at $199, which includes a proprietary sourcing database Recruit CRM does not offer. The full tier-by-tier breakdown, with desk sizes from two to ten recruiters, is in our Loxo vs Recruit CRM pricing comparison. For the Crelate side, where half the rate card is only in the page markup, see our Crelate pricing breakdown, and for Loxo on its own, the Loxo pricing page.
Is Recruit CRM worth it for a US agency?
For a two to eight recruiter agency that sources mainly on LinkedIn, wants monthly billing and needs a clean ATS with client pipelines, Business at $135 is good value. It is cheaper than Loxo Core and Crelate Business Plus, it includes SSO that other vendors keep for enterprise deals, and nothing is paid up front.
It is a weaker fit in two cases. If finding candidates is the bottleneck, Recruit CRM has no database of its own, so you will still pay for LinkedIn seats or a sourcing tool beside it. And if you need automation, enrichment and LinkedIn messaging together, the per-user add-on model pushes you toward Enterprise at $2,580 a user a year, where it stops being the cheap option.
The work no ATS plan prices
Every plan above is a system a recruiter drives. Someone still writes the search, opens each profile, decides who matches the client brief and writes the first message. On a desk carrying a dozen open reqs, that is the time that caps placements, and no seat price covers it.
HireAgent does that part. It sources candidates for each open role, screens and ranks them against the brief with the evidence behind every score, drafts personalized outreach and books interviews, then hands back a shortlist. It works next to the ATS you keep, so a Recruit CRM agency does not have to migrate anything. Plans start at $299 a month and scale with seats, open roles and sourcing volume; the AI staffing software for agencies page shows how it fits an agency desk, and our candidate matching software guide covers how to test any matcher, including Recruit CRM's, before you pay for it.
Common questions
How much is Recruit CRM per month?
Recruit CRM is $109, $159 or $259 per user a month on monthly billing for Pro, Business and Enterprise in the US. On annual billing the monthly equivalent is $95, $135 and $215. Prices are per user, so a five recruiter team on Business pays $675 a month on an annual plan.
Is Recruit CRM priced per user?
Yes. Every plan is priced per user per month. The per-user add-ons on Pro and Business, such as workflow automation and LinkedIn messaging, are billed on the total number of users in the account, not only those who use them, so count coordinators and researchers when you budget.
What is the difference between Recruit CRM Pro and Business?
Business adds unlimited email sequences (Pro allows one), 50 candidate matches instead of 2, bulk texting, resume formatting, the executive search report generator, multiple pipelines, 150 custom fields, SSO and audit logs. It costs $40 more per user a month on annual billing, $135 against $95.
Does Recruit CRM charge for contact data?
Yes, outside Enterprise. Every plan gets 25 free enrichment credits for finding missing emails and phone numbers. Enterprise includes 500 credits a user a month. On Pro and Business you buy credits, and the price is quoted rather than published.
Can I pay for Recruit CRM monthly?
Yes. All three plans offer monthly billing at a higher rate, and you can cancel at any time. That makes Recruit CRM easier on cash flow than Loxo, which bills annually and asks for the full year up front.
