The short answer

Recruiterflow publishes one price. The Platform Plan costs $149 per user a month on monthly billing, or $119 per user a month on annual billing, a 20% saving. It covers the ATS and CRM, multichannel sequences, recruiting and sales automation, the Chrome sourcing extension, reports and API access. The AIRA Plan, the only plan with Recruiterflow's AI agents and its phone and email finder, has no published price. Five recruiters on annual Platform pay $7,140 a year. There is no free trial: every plan starts with a demo.

Recruiterflow pricing, plan by plan

Recruiterflow sells two plans to recruiting and search firms. All figures below are what Recruiterflow's own page publishes for US dollar buyers.

Plan Monthly billing Annual billing What it includes AI agents
Platform Plan $149 per user a month $119 per user a month ATS and CRM, multichannel sequences, recruitment and sales automation, client and team access control, bulk sourcing with the Chrome extension, reports, API access, unlimited jobs, candidates, contacts and companies None. AIRA Notetaker, Field Updates Agent and the Phone and Email Finder are marked as not included
AIRA Plan Custom pricing ("Let's chat") Everything in Platform, plus omnichannel communication sync and custom BI dashboards AIRA Notetaker, Matchmaker, Job Change Alerts, Field Updates Agent, Submission Agent, Task Agent, Phone and Email Finder

Recruiterflow prices in euros with the same numbers, €149 and €119, and quotes UK buyers £115 and £89. The page lists no free plan and no trial. Both plans lead to "Book Your Demo".

What the page shows depends on how you read it

Here is the detail that explains why pricing roundups disagree. In the HTML Recruiterflow serves, both the monthly and the annual price boxes read $149. The $119 annual figure only appears after a script runs in your browser and swaps it in. Anything that reads the page without running that script, including some crawlers and summary tools, sees $149 twice and never learns there is an annual discount.

The structured data in the same page tells a third story. It describes an "Advanced Plan" at $119 per user a month and says it includes "multichannel sequences, AI agents, recruiting automation, sourcing, reporting and API access", next to a "Custom Plan" with "additional AI agents". The visible page has no plan called Advanced, and the $119 plan it does show, Platform, has a cross next to every AIRA agent in the feature table. So the page data suggests AI agents come with the $119 seat, and the plan table says they do not.

We give the plan table priority, because it is the one a Recruiterflow sales rep will quote from. If you are budgeting on the $119 seat, ask in writing which AIRA agents it includes. We found the same kind of gap on Crelate's pricing page, where the page data carried two tiers the plan cards never priced.

The prices on other sites that are not on Recruiterflow's page

Several pricing guides still list three tiers called Recruit, Recruit Pro and Recruit Enterprise at $99, $129 and $159 per user a month. Others say every plan carries a three-seat minimum. Neither appears on Recruiterflow's pricing page today. There is one priced plan, it is called Platform, and the page states no seat minimum. The page is also inconsistent about its own size: the browser title says 1,700+ agencies, while the testimonials section says 2,100+ search firms.

The takeaway for a buyer is practical. Build the budget from $119 annual or $149 monthly, and confirm the seat count rule and the renewal price during the demo, since neither is written on the page.

Recruiterflow cost for a 1, 3, 5 and 10 recruiter firm

Annual billing saves $30 a seat a month, which is $360 per recruiter a year. Here is what the Platform Plan costs at common agency sizes.

Team Monthly billing, per year Annual billing, per year Saved by paying annually
1 recruiter$1,788$1,428$360
3 recruiters$5,364$4,284$1,080
5 recruiters$8,940$7,140$1,800
10 recruiters$17,880$14,280$3,600

Those are seat costs only. Two lines can sit on top of them. Data migration is free if you import your own Excel or CSV files, while white-glove migration is paid, priced on data volume and typically takes six to eight weeks; Recruiterflow says a fee waiver can be discussed on multi-year contracts. And contact data is not in the Platform seat, which is the next section.

What the AIRA Plan adds, and why it matters for the price

AIRA is Recruiterflow's suite of AI agents. The Notetaker writes contact summaries from email, text, calls, meetings and LinkedIn. Field Updates suggests changes to your ATS and CRM records. Job Change Alerts flags when a contact moves. Matchmaker, the Submission Agent and the Task Agent round it out. On AIRA, Recruiterflow says every current and future agent is included with no add-on fees.

The line most agencies will notice is the Phone and Email Finder. On the Platform Plan it is marked as not included. So a firm on the published $119 seat has sequences and automation, but no built-in way to find a verified email or mobile number for a new candidate or hiring manager. You either move to AIRA at a quoted price, or you add a separate email finder with verification and import the results.

That pattern is common in this category. Of the agency platforms we track, Loxo is the only one that publishes a per-seat price with its AI agents inside it. Bullhorn, Crelate and Recruiterflow all publish a manual tier and quote the AI tier.

Recruiterflow vs Loxo, Crelate and Bullhorn on price

Vendor Cheapest published seat Seat with AI agents or sequences Trial
Recruiterflow$119 annual, $149 monthly (Platform)AIRA Plan, custom quoteNone, demo first
Loxo$149 annual, paid up front (Core)Professional, $199 annual, agents and 2,500 credits per seat7 days, no card
Crelate$85 annual (Essentials)Business Plus, from $149 in Crelate's page dataFree trial offered
Bullhorn$99 (Starter)AI search and match on Pro and Max, both quotedNot published

Two readings of that table matter. First, Recruiterflow's $119 seat is one of the cheaper ways to get sequenced multichannel outreach inside an agency ATS; on Crelate, sequences start on Business Plus. Second, if you want AI agents at a price you can see before a call, only Loxo publishes one. We run the full head to head in Loxo vs Recruiterflow, and our Loxo pricing page covers what the $199 seat includes.

Is Recruiterflow worth the price?

For a US search or staffing firm with two to fifteen recruiters that wants one system for candidates, clients and business development, the Platform Plan is fair value. $119 buys a real agency ATS and CRM with sales automation and sequences, and Recruiterflow's FAQ promises no add-ons within a plan. Recruiterflow's own customer stories include firms that moved over from Bullhorn for that combination.

It is a weaker fit if the reason you are shopping is AI. The agents, the contact finder and the matching all sit on the unpriced plan, so the published number is not the number you will pay for the product in the marketing. It also fits in-house teams poorly: every plan description is written for search firms. If you are a corporate talent team, start with our guide to AI recruiting software for in-house teams, and if you run an agency and are still shortlisting systems, our recruiting CRM guide for staffing agencies compares the field.

If you are weighing the switch, the Recruiterflow alternative page covers what agencies compare it with.

Questions to ask on the Recruiterflow demo

What is the AIRA price for our headcount? It is the plan with the agents and the contact finder, and it is the one with no number on the page.

Which AIRA agents, if any, come with the $119 seat? The page data says AI agents are included at $119 and the plan table says they are not. Get the answer in the order form.

Is there a seat minimum, and what is the renewal price? Neither is on the page. Third-party guides claim a three-seat minimum; confirm it either way.

What will migration cost? Self-serve CSV import is free, but white-glove migration is priced on data volume. Ask for the figure before you compare totals.

Paying for seats, or paying for the shortlist

Recruiterflow prices every recruiter who logs in, whether they carry twelve reqs this quarter or three. That is the right model for a system of record. It is a costly model for the part of the job that eats the most hours, which is finding and qualifying candidates for each new order.

HireAgent plans scale with seats, open roles and sourcing volume: $299 a month for one seat and up to 3 roles, $799 for three seats, up to 10 roles and ATS integration, and $1,999 for ten seats and high sourcing volume. It takes the role brief, sources matching candidates, screens and ranks them into an explainable shortlist with the evidence behind every score, drafts personalized outreach and books interviews, with candidate consent and AI disclosure. It works alongside the ATS you already run, and a human makes every hiring decision. See the HireAgent plans or run the agent on one of your own roles from the tool at the top of this page.

Common questions

How much does Recruiterflow cost? The Platform Plan is $149 per user a month on monthly billing or $119 per user a month on annual billing. The AIRA Plan, which adds the AI agents and the phone and email finder, is custom priced. There is no free plan.

How much is Recruiterflow per year? On annual billing the Platform Plan is $1,428 per recruiter a year. A three-person firm pays $4,284 and a five-person firm $7,140. On monthly billing the same seats cost $1,788 each a year.

Does Recruiterflow have a free trial? No. Recruiterflow's pricing page lists no trial or free tier, and every plan's button books a demo. Self-serve data import is free, but the software itself is not.

What is the Recruiterflow AIRA Plan? AIRA is Recruiterflow's suite of AI agents: Notetaker, Matchmaker, Job Change Alerts, Field Updates, Submission and Task agents, plus the phone and email finder, omnichannel sync and custom BI dashboards. It is custom priced and includes all current and future agents.

Does Recruiterflow charge for add-ons? Recruiterflow says no: every feature on your plan, current and future, is included. The exceptions are the paid white-glove migration service and the jump from Platform to AIRA, which is where the AI features live.

Is Recruiterflow cheaper than Loxo? On the entry seat, yes: $119 annual against Loxo Core at $149 annual, paid up front. With AI agents included it is not comparable from public prices, because Recruiterflow quotes AIRA while Loxo publishes Professional at $199.
