Loxo Pricing and Loxo Cost Per Month: Core, Professional Plans and Credits for 2026
The short answer
Loxo publishes two prices. Core is $149 per user a month and Professional is $199 per user a month, both billed annually and paid up front, and both labeled as a limited time offer for new customers. Core is the ATS and recruiting CRM with AI search. Professional adds Loxo Source (850M+ profiles), every AI agent, API access and 2,500 credits per seat a month, pooled across the team. Enterprise is a custom annual agreement. Five recruiters on Professional is $11,940 a year, paid at signing. There is no free plan, only a 7-day trial of Professional with no credit card.

What Loxo actually charges
Loxo pricing: every plan and price on the page, read 10 September 2026
We read loxo.co/pricing on 10 September 2026 and took every figure from the page itself. Rows marked as published come straight from Loxo. The others are either unpriced or not on the page at all, and each one says which.
| Plan | Price | Billing | What the plan includes | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core Published by Loxo | $149 per user per month | Billed annually, paid up front. Labeled a new customer limited time offer | ATS and recruiting CRM, natural-language AI search, unlimited jobs and candidates. No Loxo Source and no credits | Firms that already own a sourcing tool and want one system of record |
| Professional Published by Loxo | $199 per user per month | Billed annually, paid up front. Labeled a new customer limited time offer | 2,500 credits per seat a month, pooled across the team, plus Loxo Source (850M+ profiles), every AI agent and API access | Agencies and search firms that want sourcing, agents and the ATS on one bill |
| Enterprise Not published | Custom annual agreement | Annual | Everything in Professional plus SSO and SAML, advanced permissions and a dedicated success team | Larger firms with security review and governance requirements |
| Boost 2x Not published | 5,000 credits per seat a month, no published price | Added to individual seats, resizable at any time | Loxo says your account team "sizes Boost pricing with you" | A busy desk that keeps draining its share of the team pool |
| Boost 5x Not published | 12,500 credits per seat a month, no published price | Added to individual seats, resizable at any time | Capacity beyond 5x is a custom sales conversation | A single seat run as a full sourcing pod |

Before you budget
What moves a Loxo bill beyond the seat price
The per-seat rate is published. These five lines are what actually decide the number on the order form, and only some of them are priced in public.
Payment timing
The whole year, at signing
Loxo states "Annual plans, paid up front." Five recruiters on Professional is a single $11,940 payment, not $995 a month. For a small agency that matters more to cash flow than the per-seat rate does.
Renewal price
Not published
Both published prices carry a "new customer limited time offer" label, and the page does not say what the same seat costs in year two. Ask for a renewal cap in writing before you sign.
Boost credits
Quoted by your account team
Loxo publishes the Boost allowances, 5,000 and 12,500 credits per seat, but no price for either. If your desks run full searches every week, this is the line most likely to move your total.
Migration
Free for Core at 3+ seats, packaged otherwise
Core teams of three or more seats migrate free. Professional and Enterprise migrations are scoped as fixed packages before you sign, so get that figure into the same proposal as the seats.
SSO and governance
Included at Enterprise
Loxo says SSO and SAML are "included, not an add-on" on Enterprise. Many platforms charge a separate security fee for this, so it is one line you do not need to budget twice.
What teams actually pay
Loxo cost per year against HireAgent, at three team sizes
The Loxo column uses Professional at the published $199 per user a month, billed annually. Our column is the listed HireAgent plan that covers the same hiring load.
| Scenario | Loxo Professional (published) | HireAgent | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|
| One recruiter | $2,388 a year (Core would be $1,788) | $3,588 a year (Solo, $299/mo, up to 3 open roles) | Loxo is cheaper here, and it includes a full ATS and CRM. For one recruiter who wants a system of record with sourcing built in, that is a fair price. |
| Five recruiters | $11,940 a year, paid up front | $9,588 a year (Growth, $799/mo, up to 10 roles, ATS integration) | This is where seat pricing and role pricing separate. Loxo grows with headcount, HireAgent with open requisitions. |
| Ten recruiters | $23,880 a year, paid up front | $23,988 a year (Scale, $1,999/mo, high volume and agencies) | Within about $100 of each other. At this size the decision is about what the software does, not what it costs. |
Loxo figures are the published first-year price for new customers, paid up front. They exclude Boost credits, which Loxo prices by quote, and any Professional migration package. HireAgent plans are billed per month and scale with open roles rather than recruiters. Treat this as the shape of the two pricing models, not as a quote.
What Loxo publishes, read at loxo.co on 10 September 2026
We opened loxo.co/pricing on 10 September 2026 and read the rate card directly. Loxo is one of very few recruiting platforms that publishes a per-seat price for a tier with AI sourcing in it, and the page is more specific than most roundups give it credit for. There are three plans: Core at $149 per user a month, Professional at $199 per user a month, and Enterprise on a custom annual agreement.
Both published prices carry the same three conditions printed underneath them: billed annually, "Annual plans, paid up front", and "New customer limited time offer". That last label is easy to miss and it matters. It tells you $149 and $199 are first-year prices for new accounts, and the page is silent on what the same seat costs at renewal.
Core is the applicant tracking system and recruiting CRM. It includes natural-language AI search over your own records, unlimited jobs, candidates and companies, pipelines and reporting, email and calendar sync, the Chrome extension, and an MCP connection to your own AI tools. It does not include Loxo Source, the agents or any credits. Professional adds Loxo Source, which Loxo describes as a talent graph of more than 850 million professionals, every agent on every seat, Full Agentic Mode, Loxo AI Chat, contact information delivered with shortlists when available, API access, and 2,500 credits per seat a month.
The $50 gap between the two plans is the most useful number on the page, because it is the price of sourcing. Core is a well-priced system of record for a firm that finds candidates somewhere else. Professional is the plan that finds them for you. Comparisons that line Core up against a sourcing tool's entry tier are comparing an ATS with a search engine, a trap we walk through in Loxo vs Juicebox.
The Loxo prices on other sites that are not on Loxo's page
Search for Loxo pricing and most of the first page is third-party breakdowns, several of which describe a rate card that is no longer there. The most common version lists a Free plan for one user, a Basic plan at $169 per user a month, and Professional and Enterprise as custom quotes. Another widely repeated claim is that Loxo does not list Professional pricing at all, and that Professional contracts land somewhere between $250 and $400 per user a month.
Neither matches the page as it reads today. There is no Free plan and no Basic plan. The only free access is a 7-day trial of the full Professional platform, with no credit card. Professional is published at $199. We cannot tell you what a particular firm negotiated, and a multi-year or heavily boosted deal can land anywhere, but a budget that starts from $169 or from $250 a seat starts from the wrong number.
The fix is dull and reliable. Take any figure you find, ours included, and check it against loxo.co/pricing on the day you build the budget. We re-read the page for this analysis and date every figure on it so you can see how old each one is.
What a Loxo credit buys, and why it is not a contact
Every Professional seat includes 2,500 credits a month. They pool across the whole team and refresh in full at the start of each monthly cycle. A five-seat Professional team therefore shares 12,500 credits a month, the same allowance as a single seat on Boost 5x, and capacity flows to whichever desk is busiest.
The part most comparisons get wrong, and an earlier version of our own arithmetic got wrong too, is what a credit counts. Loxo calls a credit "the meter for agent work". Credits are used when the agents screen, evaluate, reach out or complete a search, and contact details arrive with the shortlist when they are available. That makes a Loxo credit a unit of work rather than a revealed email or phone number, so $199 divided by 2,500 gives you about 8 cents per credit, not 8 cents per contact. Loxo does not publish how many credits a full search consumes, and the page states that its capacity figures are "figurative".
Two practical consequences follow. Unused credits do not carry over: each month starts again at the full pool, so there is nothing to gain by rationing them early in the year. And the cost of a heavy month is set by Boost, which has no published price. Before you sign, ask Loxo to show you the credit count of three searches like yours in the Agent Impact Center, which logs every action the agents take. That is the only way to turn the allowance into a number you can compare with a per-contact tool like Juicebox or SeekOut.
Loxo cost per month at 1, 3, 5 and 10 recruiters
On the published rates, Core costs $1,788 per seat a year and Professional $2,388. Because the plans are paid up front, the useful figure is the check you write at signing: three recruiters on Professional is $7,164, five is $11,940 and ten is $23,880. On Core the same teams pay $5,364, $8,940 and $17,880.
The monthly equivalent for a five-person Professional team is $995, but nobody is billed $995. For a small agency that is the difference between a software line item and a cash-flow event, and it is worth weighing against any vendor that bills month to month.
If you are choosing between Core and Professional, the test is short. Add up what you pay today for a separate sourcing database and contact finder. If it is more than $50 per recruiter a month, Professional pays for itself before you count the agents. If you already own sourcing you like and only need an ATS, Core is the better buy. We run the same decision against Recruiterflow's $119 seat in Loxo vs Recruiterflow and against Bullhorn in Loxo vs Bullhorn.
Is Loxo worth the money?
For a staffing or search firm that wants one system of record with sourcing built in, the honest answer is usually yes. Loxo is the only vendor we track that publishes a per-seat price with its AI agents included. LinkedIn, Bullhorn, Recruiterflow, Crelate, hireEZ and 100Hires all publish a manual tier and quote the AI tier, so $199 is one of the few numbers in this category you can budget from without a sales call. Our survey of AI recruiting software pricing puts the whole field side by side.
The case against is narrower than it looks. Loxo replaces your ATS, so buying it is a migration project, and the value depends on your recruiters moving their daily work into it. If your firm is settled on another system of record, you are paying for a platform to get a search engine. And because the price scales with seats, a firm with many recruiters and few open roles pays for capacity it does not use.
That is the gap HireAgent is built for. It bills per open role instead of per recruiter, at $299 a month for up to 3 roles, $799 for up to 10 with ATS integration, and $1,999 for high-volume teams and agencies. It sources candidates against your structured criteria, screens and ranks them into an explainable shortlist with the evidence attached, drafts personalized outreach and books interviews, with candidate consent and AI disclosure, and a human makes every hiring decision. It works alongside the ATS you already run. The Loxo alternative page covers what firms compare Loxo against and why.
Questions to ask before you sign a Loxo contract
What will this seat cost at renewal? Both prices are labeled as a new customer offer, so get the year-two rate, or a cap on the increase, written into the order form while you still have leverage.
How many credits does one of our searches use? Ask for a live run on one of your own open roles during the trial and read the credit count in the Agent Impact Center afterwards. Multiply by your monthly search volume and you will know whether 2,500 pooled credits per seat is enough, or whether Boost belongs in the first-year budget.
What does Boost cost for the seats that need it? Boost is sized per seat and can be resized, but it is priced by your account team. Put it in the same proposal as the seats so the comparison with other vendors is complete.
What does migration cost on Professional? Core migrations are free at three seats or more. Professional migrations are fixed packages scoped before signing, which is good practice, but it is still a number and it belongs in the total you compare.
Paying per recruiter for work that happens per role?
HireAgent bills per open role, not per seat, and works alongside the ATS you already run. It sources, screens and ranks candidates into an explainable shortlist, drafts the outreach and books the interviews. Plans start at $299 a month and a human makes every hire.

FAQ
Loxo pricing questions, answered
The questions buyers actually ask before they sign.
How much does Loxo cost?
Loxo publishes two prices, read on 10 September 2026: Core at $149 per user a month and Professional at $199 per user a month, both billed annually and paid up front. Enterprise is a custom annual agreement. Both published prices are labeled as a limited time offer for new customers.
How much is Loxo per month?
Loxo quotes $149 or $199 per user per month, but it bills annually and up front, so no plan is paid monthly. One recruiter on Professional pays $2,388 at signing. Five recruiters pay $11,940, which works out to $995 a month for the team.
Does Loxo have a free plan?
No. Loxo's pricing page lists no free or Basic plan as of 10 September 2026. It offers a 7-day free trial of the full Professional platform, including Loxo Source and the agents, with no credit card required.
What is included in Loxo Professional?
Everything in Core plus Loxo Source, a talent graph of 850M+ professionals, every AI agent on every seat, Full Agentic Mode, Loxo AI Chat, contact information with shortlists when available, API access and 2,500 credits per seat a month, pooled across the team.
What is a Loxo credit?
A credit is Loxo's meter for agent work. Credits are used when the agents screen, evaluate, reach out or complete a search. They pool across the team, refresh in full every month and do not carry over. Loxo does not publish how many credits a search uses.
Does Loxo charge for extra credits?
Yes, through Boost. Boost 2x raises a seat to 5,000 credits a month and Boost 5x to 12,500, with custom levels beyond that. Loxo publishes the allowances but not the prices, which are set by your account team.
What is a good Loxo alternative?
It depends on what you want to replace. Recruiterflow and Bullhorn compete as the system of record. Juicebox and SeekOut compete on sourcing without replacing your ATS. If you want the finished shortlist rather than a platform, HireAgent bills per open role from $299 a month, with a human making every hire.
