The short answer

Atlas recruitment CRM pricing has two published plans and a custom one. On the US dollar card, Atlas Basic is $125 per recruiter a month paid yearly or $150 paid monthly, and Atlas Premium is $165 paid yearly or $200 paid monthly. Premium adds verified mobile numbers and personal emails, and Atlas says that is the only difference. Agencies with ten or more desks get a custom Agency and Enterprise price. Every plan runs on a 12-month commitment, and both priced plans come with a 14-day free trial.

Atlas pricing plans in US dollars

Atlas, the London-built AI recruitment CRM sold at recruitwithatlas.com, put a public pricing page live in September 2026. Most reviews and directory listings still say its pricing is only available on a demo call. That is no longer true, and the figures are worth knowing before you book that call.

The page opens in British pounds. A currency switch offers GBP, USD, EUR and AUD, and the US dollar card is the one a US agency is billed on. Here is every plan on it, per recruiter, per month.

Plan Paid yearly Paid monthly Per recruiter per year Contact enrichment Who it is for
Atlas Basic $125 $150 $1,500 yearly, $1,800 monthly Not included Desks sourcing on their own contact data
Atlas Premium $165 $200 $1,980 yearly, $2,400 monthly Verified mobiles and personal emails on shortlisted profiles Desks that need phone numbers without a separate tool
Agency and Enterprise Custom Custom Quoted Included, as Premium Ten desks and up, priced per agency

Basic includes AI candidate sourcing, unlimited searches, talent pools, pipeline tracking, outreach sequences, ATS integrations, and onboarding and support. Premium includes all of that plus contact enrichment, and the card states plainly that everything else matches Basic feature for feature. The custom tier adds consolidated billing across desks, a security and DPA review, a custom onboarding programme, a named account contact and volume licence discounts.

How much does Atlas recruitment CRM cost for a team?

For a team, Atlas costs $1,500 per recruiter a year on Basic and $1,980 on Premium when you pay yearly. Three recruiters on Premium pay $5,940 a year and five pay $9,900. Paying monthly costs about 20% more over the same year, because the contract term does not change. At ten desks Atlas stops publishing a price and quotes the agency instead.

Team size Basic, paid yearly Basic, paid monthly Premium, paid yearly Premium, paid monthly
1 recruiter$1,500$1,800$1,980$2,400
3 recruiters$4,500$5,400$5,940$7,200
5 recruiters$7,500$9,000$9,900$12,000
10 recruitersCustom Agency and Enterprise price. At list Premium rates ten seats would be $19,800 a year, before volume discounts

All figures are annual totals for the whole team, from the published USD card. Taxes are not included.

Can you pay for Atlas monthly?

You can pay monthly, but you cannot contract monthly. The pricing page states that every Atlas plan runs on a 12-month commitment, and the toggle only changes how the year is paid. Paying yearly gets you, in Atlas's words, 12 months for the price of 10, which is the "save 17%" badge.

The arithmetic holds on Basic: ten months at $150 is $1,500, the same as twelve at $125. On Premium it is off by $20 a year, since twelve months at $165 comes to $1,980 against ten at $200, which is $2,000. Not a decision changer, but if you build a budget from the badge, use the per-month figure.

Why the term matters: a US agency used to month-to-month CRM seats may assume the monthly price buys an exit. With Atlas it buys a payment schedule. If you are trialing alongside another platform, decide inside the 14-day trial, because the first invoice starts a year.

What does Atlas Premium add over Basic?

Atlas Premium adds contact enrichment and nothing else: verified mobile numbers and personal emails on every profile you shortlist. In US dollars that costs $40 a seat a month on yearly payment and $50 on monthly payment. The card prints no allowance or fair-use cap for enrichment, which is unusual in a category where most vendors meter contacts by credit.

That makes the Basic or Premium decision unusually clean. If your recruiters already have a contact data tool they like, Basic plus that tool may cost less than Premium. If you are paying for a separate enrichment seat today, compare its annual price per recruiter against $480, the yearly difference between the two Atlas plans. Ask Atlas for a hit rate on a sample of your own US candidates during the trial, since its customer base and comparison pages lean toward the UK.

Atlas pricing compared with Loxo, Recruit CRM, Recruiterflow and Bullhorn

Atlas sits in the middle of the agency CRM market on price. It is cheaper than Loxo on both comparable plans, close to Recruit CRM Business, and in the same range as Recruiterflow. The table uses each vendor's published US price per user per month, read at the source in late September and early October 2026.

Vendor and plan Annual price per seat a month Monthly price Contact data included Payment terms
Atlas Basic$125$150No12-month commitment on both
Atlas Premium$165$200Yes, no cap printed12-month commitment on both
Loxo Core$149Not offeredNoAnnual, paid up front
Loxo Professional$199Not offeredWhen available, with shortlistsAnnual, paid up front
Recruit CRM Pro$95$10925 free credits, then paidAnnual or monthly
Recruit CRM Business$135$159Credits, paidAnnual or monthly
Recruit CRM Enterprise$215$259500 credits a user a monthAnnual or monthly
Recruiterflow Platform$119$149No, contact finder is on quoted AIRAAnnual or monthly
Bullhorn Starter and Core$99 and $165 per user a month, no annual term statedNoQuoted Pro and Max hold the AI

The pair most US agencies will actually weigh is Atlas against Loxo, because both sell themselves as AI-native agency systems. Our Loxo vs Atlas pricing comparison runs that pair desk by desk: Atlas Premium is $34 a seat under Loxo Professional, and the gap buys Loxo Source, an 850M+ profile graph, plus an agent workforce. The full Loxo pricing breakdown covers the credit pool and the unpriced Boost tiers. If Recruit CRM is on your list, its region-loaded US card is set out in our Recruit CRM pricing guide, and the Recruiterflow pricing guide explains why its $119 figure only appears after a script runs on the page.

Is Atlas worth it for a small recruiting agency?

For a two to five recruiter agency that works mostly on LinkedIn and wants every email, call and meeting captured without manual logging, Atlas is good value. Basic at $125 is cheaper than Loxo Core, it includes outreach sequences that Recruit CRM Pro caps at one, and Premium bundles phone numbers for less than most agencies pay for a separate enrichment seat.

It is a weaker fit in three cases. If your desk's real problem is finding candidates at all, Atlas does not publish a profile database size, and Loxo Professional does. If you need month-to-month flexibility, the 12-month term rules it out. And if you run a contract or temp desk that needs US payroll and back office, confirm what the Contractors and Financials modules cover in the US before you assume they replace your current stack.

One more practical point. Atlas lists meeting scheduling as a product feature. If the only gap in your current setup is booking calls with candidates and clients, a dedicated meeting scheduling tool costs far less than moving your whole CRM.

Five questions to ask Atlas before you sign

Bring these to the demo, since none of them is answered on the pricing page:

  1. What is the US dollar price for our exact seat count, and does the 12-month commitment apply to monthly payment as the page says?
  2. Does Premium enrichment have a fair-use limit, and what is the verified mobile hit rate on a sample of our own US candidates?
  3. What does migration cost? The page gives a two to three week timeline but no price.
  4. What happens to price at seat ten, where the custom Agency and Enterprise tier starts, and what volume discount applies?
  5. Which hours does support cover in US time zones?

What a CRM seat does not do for you

Atlas, like Loxo and Recruit CRM, is a platform your recruiters drive. It captures the work, suggests matches and runs sequences, but someone still writes the search, reads each profile against the client brief, decides who deserves a message and follows up. On a desk carrying ten open reqs, that reading and judging is where the week goes.

HireAgent is built for that part. The agent sources candidates, screens and ranks them against the role's must-haves, drafts personalized outreach and books interviews, and every shortlist comes with the evidence behind each score. It works alongside whichever CRM you keep, Atlas included, and syncs with Greenhouse and Lever. Plans start at $299 a month and scale with seats, open roles and sourcing volume; staffing firms can see how it fits an agency desk on our AI recruiter for staffing agencies page, or compare the wider field in AI recruiting software pricing.
