Phenom Pricing and Phenom Cost per Year for Talent CRM, Career Sites and AI Agents

The short answer

Phenom does not publish a price. Its pricing page is a contact form for pricing and RFP questions, and every call to action on phenom.com is Book Demo. Vendr, which tracks real purchases, shows a median of $98,313 a year with deals from $37,500 to $112,278, read on 29 October 2026. A per employee estimate of $7 to $13 a month circulates, attributed to brokers and not to Phenom. Implementation is reported as a separate line.

We opened phenom.com, its pricing page and Vendr's Phenom page on 29 October 2026, then checked the figures the roundups repeat. Phenom prints no rate card, so each row names who published the number and what it rests on.

Before you budget

What moves a Phenom quote up or down

Phenom prices a deployment across the employer, not one recruiter seat. The drivers below come from Phenom's own product list and from how the third parties describe deals.

Modules switched on

The main driver

phenom.com lists Talent CRM, Intelligent Career Site, Automated Interview Scheduling, Onboarding, Talent Marketplace, Career Pathing, Workforce Intelligence, Succession Planning and AI Interviewer. A deal for scheduling and a career site is a different size from one that adds a talent marketplace and workforce planning.

AI agents

Ask if each is included

The site names a Voice Screening Agent, a Fraud Detection Agent and a Career Coach Agent next to the AI Interviewer. Get written confirmation of which agents sit inside the modules you are quoted and whether usage is capped.

Employee headcount

Sizing basis

The $7 to $13 per employee a month estimate implies a contract scaled to the workforce, not to the number of recruiters. At 1,000 employees that arithmetic gives $84,000 to $156,000 a year, which brackets Vendr's median.

Integration and data work

Services line

Connecting an existing ATS or HRIS, importing candidate history and building career sites are projects. Ask for each as a fixed fee.

Term length

Discount lever

Multi-year terms usually buy a lower annual price in return for lock in. Get the year two price and the cap on increases in the order form.

What teams actually pay

Phenom cost per year against HireAgent, at three hiring shapes

Phenom prints no price, so the Phenom column uses Vendr's observed figures at the size each most plausibly describes. Neither column is a quote. Ours is the listed HireAgent plan on annual billing.

Scenario Phenom (Vendr) HireAgent Worth knowing
10 roles open, 3 recruiters From about $37,500 a year at Vendr's low end, plus services $4,794 a year (Growth, 3 seats, up to 10 open roles, ATS integration) A career site and talent marketplace add little at this size. The work is finding and ranking people for ten open roles.
40 roles open, 10 recruiters Around $98,313 a year at Vendr's median, plus services $11,994 a year (Scale, 10 seats, up to 40 open roles, SSO) The gap is about eight times before implementation. Phenom adds career sites, onboarding and internal mobility that HireAgent does not.
120 roles open, 30 recruiters Toward $112,278 a year at Vendr's high end, more if the full suite is bought $35,982 a year (Enterprise, 3 Scale units, up to 120 open roles) Here a talent experience platform can earn its price across hiring, mobility and onboarding. Many teams this size run an agent for sourcing and screening next to it.

Phenom figures are third party: Vendr median $98,313 and range $37,500 to $112,278 a year, read 29 Oct 2026, before implementation and services. HireAgent plans scale with seats, open roles and sourcing volume and are shown at the annual rate, half the monthly price.

What Phenom publishes, read on 29 October 2026

We opened phenom.com/pricing on 29 October 2026. It is a form titled Pricing and RFP Requests: you enter your details and a Phenom expert follows up. There is no price, plan name, seat count or contract term anywhere on the page, and the only calls to action are Book Demo and Log in. There is no trial and no plan you can buy without talking to sales.

What the site does set out is the product. Phenom groups it under Hire Faster (Talent CRM, Intelligent Career Site, Automated Interview Scheduling), Develop and Retain Longer (Onboarding, Talent Marketplace, Career Pathing), Workforce Planning (Workforce Intelligence, X+ Talent Advisor) and Build Trust in AI (Unified Orchestration Engine, Application Performance Monitoring, AppTrail). It also names a Voice Screening Agent, a Fraud Detection Agent, a Career Coach Agent and an AI Interviewer. Customer stories feature HPE, ABB, Southwest Airlines and Thales.

That list explains the pricing. Phenom is a talent experience platform for large employers that want hiring, internal mobility and workforce planning on one system. A buyer pays for the breadth as much as for the recruiter screens.

How much does Phenom cost?

Expect a five or six figure annual contract. Vendr, which aggregates real software purchases, shows a median of $98,313 a year, with observed deals from $37,500 to $112,278, read on 29 October 2026. The page does not say how many deals sit behind the numbers, which modules they cover or how they are priced.

noon.ai (24 September 2026) repeats the Vendr median and adds a broker estimate of $7 to $13 per employee per month. It names no broker and no scope, so use it only as a sizing check. At 500 employees it gives $42,000 to $78,000 a year, at 1,000 employees $84,000 to $156,000. Both sit in or near Vendr's range, which is the reason to treat the estimate as plausible and not as a price list.

Then add services. Integration with your ATS or HRIS, career site work and data migration are the usual extra lines, without published figures. Our survey of AI recruiting software pricing shows the same split across the category: quoted platforms bill setup separately, published ones mostly do not.

Does Phenom charge per user or per employee?

Phenom publishes neither. The only unit in circulation is the $7 to $13 per employee per month estimate, which implies a deployment sized to headcount and not to recruiter seats. Treat any per user price you see as unsourced.

In practice that means adding recruiters does not move the quote much, while adding modules or employees does. Ask the account executive which headcount and which modules the number covers, and what happens to the price if either grows mid term.

Is there a Phenom free trial?

We found none. phenom.com offers a demo and a pricing request form, with no free plan or self-serve purchase. Every evaluation runs through sales.

If you want proof before a multi-year contract, ask for a paid pilot on one business unit with agreed measures: time to fill, recruiter hours per hire, application completion and interview scheduling lag. Phenom publishes customer results such as Elara Caring at 50% faster time to offer and ABB at 95% AI voice screening completion. Those are the vendor's case studies, so set your own target.

Phenom contract terms to check before you sign

Get the term, the year two price, the cap on increases and the renewal notice window written into the order form. Multi-year terms usually trade a lower annual price for lock in.

Ask for every AI agent to be listed by name with its usage limits, and ask for the integration list in writing, since phenom.com names none. If you hire in New York City, AI screening and ranking of candidates also falls under Local Law 144, which requires a bias audit and candidate notice; our guide to AI hiring laws and compliance covers the obligations.

When Phenom is worth it, and when it is the wrong tool

Phenom is worth its price when you run a large workforce, want one platform across career site, CRM, scheduling, onboarding and internal mobility, and have the team to run it. An employer replacing four tools at once can make a $98,000 median pay back.

It is the wrong tool when the problem is this quarter's open requisitions. A talent platform pays off once there is a large pool to nurture and a team to run it. A company with 10 to 40 open roles and a few recruiters needs people found, screened and contacted for those roles now.

HireAgent does that part of the job. Give it a role brief and it sources matching candidates, screens and ranks them against structured criteria into a shortlist with the evidence behind every score, drafts personalized outreach and books interviews, and a person approves every decision. It does not run career sites, onboarding or workforce planning. Plans are $299, $799 and $1,999 a month, or $1,794, $4,794 and $11,994 a year, with no implementation fee. If the job is finding people who never applied, see AI sourcing software; if it is ranking applicants you already have, see candidate ranking software.

Questions to ask on a Phenom demo

Which modules is this quote built on, and which features on this demo sit outside them? The AI Interviewer, the Voice Screening Agent and Workforce Intelligence are the lines to confirm one by one.

What employee population does the price cover, and what happens if we add a business unit mid term?

What are integration, career site work, data migration and training, each as a fixed fee? Ask which ATS and HRIS connectors are included.

What is the term, the year two price, the cap on increases and the renewal notice period? Compare the answers with the reported figures on our Beamery pricing and Findem pricing pages, the platforms most often quoted next to Phenom.

Need open roles filled, not a talent platform?

HireAgent sources candidates against your criteria, screens and ranks them into an explainable shortlist, drafts the outreach and books the interviews, next to the ATS you already run. Plans start at $299 a month, published, with no implementation fee, and a human makes every hire.

FAQ

Phenom pricing questions, answered

The questions buyers actually ask before they sign.

How much does Phenom cost?

Phenom does not publish prices. Vendr showed a median of $98,313 a year on 29 October 2026, with deals from $37,500 to $112,278. Integration, career site work and training are reported as additional costs. A narrow deployment sits near the low end, a broad suite for a large employer above the top.

What is Phenom pricing per employee?

Phenom prints none. noon.ai reports a broker estimate of $7 to $13 per employee per month, with no named broker or scope. At 1,000 employees that works out to $84,000 to $156,000 a year, which brackets the Vendr median.

Does Phenom have a free trial?

No. phenom.com offers a demo and a pricing request form, with no free plan, trial or self-serve purchase, read on 29 October 2026. A paid pilot on one business unit is something buyers negotiate, not a default offer.

Why do Phenom cost estimates vary so much?

Because the deals differ in kind. A scheduling and career site deployment is priced very differently from a suite that adds talent marketplace, onboarding and workforce intelligence. Third party estimates rarely say which modules they describe, so ask for scope before comparing numbers.

Is Phenom worth it for a small recruiting team?

Rarely. Phenom is built for employers that want hiring, mobility and workforce planning on one platform. A team with a few recruiters and 10 to 40 open roles gets more from software that sources, screens and ranks candidates for those roles, at a published monthly price.

What is a cheaper alternative to Phenom for sourcing and screening candidates?

If the need is finding, ranking and contacting candidates for open roles, HireAgent sources, screens, ranks and drafts outreach from $299 a month or $1,794 a year, with no implementation fee. For career sites, onboarding and internal mobility across a large workforce, Phenom remains the specialist.

Stop paying for seats between reqs

Give HireAgent a role and it sources matching candidates, screens and ranks them into a shortlist you can defend, writes the outreach and books the interviews. You make the hire.
