Metaview Pricing: Metaview Sourcing, Notetaker and Application Review Cost per User

The short answer

Metaview prices each AI agent separately, per month. Sourcing is Free (first 100 profiles), Pro at $100 per user for 200 profiles sourced a month, and Max at $300 per user for unlimited profiles. Notetaker is Free for 25 calls a month or Pro at $60 per user for unlimited calls. Application Review is priced by volume, not by seat: $150 a month for 500 reviews, rising to $25,000 for 100,000, with unlimited users. The all-agents platform is a custom quote. A three-recruiter team on Sourcing Pro, Notetaker Pro and 1,000 reviews pays $780 a month.

What Metaview actually charges

Metaview pricing: every agent, every plan, every published number

Metaview's pricing page has four tabs. Only the Sourcing tab is in the page a search engine sees first; Application Review and Notetaker load in the browser. We read all four from Metaview's own code, so every row below is a figure Metaview publishes, or says clearly that it does not.

Plan Price Billing What the plan includes Best for
Sourcing Pro Published by Metaview $100 per user per month Monthly per user. No annual rate on the page 200 profiles sourced per month, infinite concurrent searches, 24/7 proactive search A recruiter who wants an agent searching in the background on a few open roles
Sourcing Max Published by Metaview $300 per user per month Monthly per user Unlimited profiles sourced, infinite concurrent searches High-volume desks that would burn through 200 profiles in the first week
Notetaker Pro Published by Metaview $60 per user per month Monthly per user Unlimited calls, priority processing. Assistant questions and note regenerations included Recruiters and hiring managers running several interviews a day
Application Review Pro Published by Metaview $150 to $25,000 per month, by volume Monthly, priced on reviews, unlimited users. Sold through a demo 500 reviews $150, 1,000 $300, 5,000 $1,450, 10,000 $2,800, 50,000 $13,000, 100,000 $25,000 Inbound-heavy teams screening hundreds of applicants per role

Before you budget

What moves a Metaview bill beyond the headline price

The per-agent prices are public. These five lines decide what the invoice actually says, and only some of them are priced on the page.

The agents stack

Each agent billed on its own

Metaview's model is "pay for what you use", so Sourcing, Notetaker and Application Review are three separate lines. A recruiter on Sourcing Pro and Notetaker Pro costs $160 a month before a single application is reviewed.

The 200 profile ceiling on Pro

Next step is $300, not an overage

The page publishes no price for a 201st profile. A recruiter who needs more than 200 profiles a month moves to Max at three times the seat price, so a recruiter who needs 300 profiles pays $1 a profile on Max against 50 cents on Pro. Max only matches Pro's rate at 600 profiles a month.

Application Review volume

25 to 30 cents a review

Volume pricing looks generous until you run the division. 500 reviews cost 30 cents each and 100,000 cost 25 cents, so a 200x jump in volume buys a 17% lower unit price.

Reports

Flat fee, quoted

Interview analytics are an add-on with a flat fee that is not on the page. If your talent leader wants Reports, get the number in the same proposal as the seats.

Screening, Outreach, Job Posts

No public price

Metaview lists these as products in its own menu, but they do not appear on any pricing tab. They sit inside the custom Agentic Recruiting Platform quote.

What teams actually pay

Metaview cost per month against HireAgent, at three team sizes

The Metaview column stacks the agents a typical in-house team buys: Sourcing plus Notetaker per user, and Application Review at a volume that fits the team. Our column is the listed HireAgent plan that covers the same hiring load.

Scenario Metaview (published per-agent prices) HireAgent Worth knowing
One recruiter $310 a month (Sourcing Pro $100, Notetaker Pro $60, 500 reviews $150) $299 a month (Solo, 1 seat, up to 3 open roles) Close on price. Metaview gives you an interview notetaker, which HireAgent does not; HireAgent gives you screening with evidence, outreach drafts and scheduling in one plan.
Three recruiters $780 a month on Sourcing Pro, $1,380 on Sourcing Max (plus Notetaker Pro and 1,000 reviews) $799 a month (Growth, 3 seats, up to 10 roles, ATS integration) Level on Pro, but Pro caps each recruiter at 200 sourced profiles. The moment one desk needs more, the Metaview line jumps by $200 for that seat.
Ten recruiters $5,050 a month (Sourcing Max, Notetaker Pro, 5,000 reviews) $1,999 a month (Scale, 10 seats, high sourcing volume, SSO) At volume the per-agent model adds up fastest. On Sourcing Pro instead of Max the Metaview figure is $3,050, still above Scale, with the profile ceiling back in place.

Metaview figures are the published monthly list prices on its pricing page and exclude Reports, Enterprise terms and the custom all-agents platform. HireAgent plans are $299, $799 and $1,999 a month, or $2,988, $7,992 and $19,992 a year on annual billing, and scale with seats, open roles and sourcing volume. Treat this as the shape of the two pricing models, not as a quote.

How Metaview prices its agents

Metaview's pricing page opens with a promise: "Pick what you need. Pay for what you use." It then splits the product into four tabs, Sourcing, Application Review, Notetaker and All agents, and each tab carries its own plans. Every user gets access to the platform, but you pay only for the agents you switch on. That is a genuinely different model from the seat-based recruiting platforms, and it is the reason Metaview is hard to price from a summary.

Sourcing and Notetaker are priced per user, per month. Application Review is priced on volume with unlimited users, which is the right unit for an agent that reads inbound applications: the work scales with applicants, not with recruiters. The fourth tab, All agents, has no cards at all. It points to the Agentic Recruiting Platform, a custom quote for the whole suite.

No tab on the page shows an annual price or an annual discount. Everything is expressed monthly. If you are offered an annual rate, it came from a sales conversation, which is worth knowing before you compare Metaview with vendors like Loxo or SeekOut that publish annual prices paid up front.

Why most Metaview pricing figures online are wrong

Search for Metaview pricing and the third-party pages disagree with each other and with Metaview. One widely repeated version lists Free, Pro at $50 per user a month and Enterprise. Another says Notetaker starts around $20 per user. Neither figure is on Metaview's page. Notetaker Pro is $60, Sourcing Pro is $100 and Sourcing Max is $300.

Part of the confusion is technical, and it is the kind of detail that decides what AI assistants tell buyers. The structured data Metaview publishes for search engines describes one catalog with four offers: Free at $0, Pro at $100, Max at $300 and Enterprise. Those are the Sourcing prices only. The Notetaker and Application Review plans are rendered by JavaScript after the page loads, so a crawler that reads the static page, or a summary tool that reads only the first tab, sees Sourcing and reports it as the whole of Metaview pricing.

We read the plan definitions from Metaview's own page code, which is where the Application Review slider gets its six price points. If you are building a budget, use those numbers and check them against metaview.ai/pricing on the day you sign. That is the same method behind our Crelate pricing breakdown, where the page data held two prices the plan cards never showed.

Metaview Sourcing pricing: Pro at $100 or Max at $300

The Sourcing agent searches for candidates in the background once a role is set up. Metaview builds an Ideal Candidate Profile from the job description and refines it from your feedback, and its FAQ gives the example of the agent starting a search automatically after an intake call. Free covers the first 100 profiles sourced. Pro is $100 per user a month for 200 profiles a month. Max is $300 per user a month with no limit. Both paid plans allow infinite concurrent searches.

The number that matters is cost per sourced profile. Pro works out to 50 cents a profile at full use. Max is flat, so its cost per profile falls as volume rises, and it only matches Pro's 50 cents at 600 profiles a month. The page lists no overage rate for Pro, so a desk that needs 250 or 400 profiles has no middle option: it is choosing between 200 profiles for $100 and unlimited for $300.

The pricing page does not say whether a sourced profile includes verified contact details, so do not compare it one for one with a contact credit. A Juicebox contact credit is a revealed email or phone number, and Juicebox Starter includes 500 of them for $99 a seat on annual billing. Ask Metaview during the free tier what a sourced profile contains and how outreach reaches the candidate.

Metaview Application Review pricing, by volume

Application Review screens inbound applicants against the role. Free covers 50 applications a month with basic screening. Pro adds what Metaview calls advanced AI evaluation and unlimited users, and it is priced by monthly review volume on a six-step slider: $150 for 500 reviews, $300 for 1,000, $1,450 for 5,000, $2,800 for 10,000, $13,000 for 50,000 and $25,000 for 100,000. Pro is sold through a demo rather than a sign-up button.

Divide each step and the unit price barely moves: 30 cents a review at 500 and 1,000, 29 cents at 5,000, 28 cents at 10,000, 26 cents at 50,000 and 25 cents at 100,000. For a US team hiring hourly or high-volume roles, that makes the budget easy to predict. It also means you pay for every applicant the agent reads, including the ones a knockout question would have filtered for free, so clean up your application form before you size the tier.

If your pipeline is mostly inbound, compare this with tools priced per role or per seat. Our guide to candidate screening software covers the other pricing models, and high volume recruiting software covers the teams where per-review pricing adds up fastest.

Metaview Notetaker pricing: $60 per user

Notetaker is the product Metaview is best known for. It records and summarizes interviews and pushes notes into the ATS. Free covers 25 calls a month with basic transcription. Pro is $60 per user a month for unlimited calls and priority processing. Metaview's FAQ says assistant questions and note regenerations are included, with no credits and no usage limits, and that Reports is a separate add-on billed as a flat fee.

For a recruiter running three or four screens a day, $60 is a fair price, and it is the one Metaview agent with no real equivalent in a sourcing tool. HireAgent does not transcribe interviews. If notetaking is the main job you are hiring software for, Notetaker Pro is a sensible buy on its own, and nothing about it stops you running a different tool for sourcing and screening.

Is Metaview worth it, and for whom?

Metaview suits an in-house talent team on Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Gem or SmartRecruiters, which are the integrations its FAQ names, that wants to buy AI one job at a time. Starting with Notetaker and adding Sourcing later is a real advantage over platforms that sell everything in one seat. The free tier on each agent also lets you test on a live role before a card is involved.

The case against is arithmetic. Stack three agents for a team and the monthly bill passes a single-price platform quickly, and the Pro sourcing ceiling pushes any busy desk to $300 a seat. The pieces a buyer most wants priced for a hiring workflow, outreach and screening beyond applications, are only in the custom platform quote.

That is where HireAgent fits. One plan sources candidates against your criteria, screens and ranks them into an explainable shortlist with the evidence attached, drafts personalized outreach and books interviews, with candidate consent and AI disclosure, and a human makes every hiring decision. Plans are $299 a month for one seat and up to 3 roles, $799 for three seats, up to 10 roles and ATS integration, and $1,999 for ten seats with high sourcing volume. Questions to ask Metaview before you sign

What does a sourced profile include? The page counts profiles, not contacts. Ask whether an email or phone number comes with each one, and what outreach costs if it does not.

What happens at profile 201 on Pro? No overage rate is published. Ask whether you can buy a block of profiles or whether the only path is Max at $300.

Is there an annual rate? Every price on the page is monthly. If you commit for a year, get the discount and the renewal terms in writing.

What do Reports, Screening and Outreach cost? None of them has a public price. Put them in the same proposal as the seats, so you are comparing a complete number with other vendors.

Paying for three agents to run one hiring workflow?

HireAgent is one plan for the whole shortlist: it sources candidates, screens and ranks them with the evidence attached, drafts the outreach and books the interviews, alongside the ATS you already run. Plans start at $299 a month and a human makes every hire.

FAQ

Metaview pricing questions, answered

The questions buyers actually ask before they sign.

How much does Metaview cost?

Metaview prices each agent separately. Sourcing is $100 per user a month on Pro for 200 profiles or $300 on Max for unlimited. Notetaker Pro is $60 per user a month. Application Review is priced by volume, from $150 a month for 500 reviews to $25,000 for 100,000. The all-agents platform is a custom quote.

How much is Metaview Notetaker?

Metaview Notetaker Pro costs $60 per user a month for unlimited calls and priority processing. The free plan covers 25 calls a month with basic transcription. Figures of $20 or $50 on third-party sites do not match Metaview's own pricing page.

How much does Metaview Sourcing cost?

Metaview Sourcing Pro is $100 per user a month for 200 profiles sourced a month, which is 50 cents a profile at full use. Max is $300 per user a month for unlimited profiles. The free plan covers the first 100 profiles. No overage price for Pro is published.

How is Metaview Application Review priced?

By monthly review volume with unlimited users: $150 for 500 reviews, $300 for 1,000, $1,450 for 5,000, $2,800 for 10,000, $13,000 for 50,000 and $25,000 for 100,000. That is 25 to 30 cents per review. The free plan covers 50 applications a month.

Does Metaview have a free plan?

Yes, each agent has one. Sourcing covers the first 100 profiles, Notetaker 25 calls a month and Application Review 50 applications a month. The free tiers are limited trials of each agent rather than a working plan for a hiring team.

Does Metaview offer annual pricing?

Not on its pricing page. Every published Metaview price is monthly, per user or per review volume, and no annual discount is shown. Enterprise and the Agentic Recruiting Platform are quoted, so any annual terms come from Metaview sales.

What is a good Metaview alternative?

It depends on the agent you are replacing. For sourcing, Juicebox and SeekOut publish per-seat prices with contact credits. For a single plan that sources, screens, drafts outreach and books interviews, HireAgent starts at $299 a month for one seat and up to 3 open roles, with a human making every hire.

Stop paying for seats between reqs

Give HireAgent a role and it sources matching candidates, screens and ranks them into a shortlist you can defend, writes the outreach and books the interviews. You make the hire.
