The short answer
Pin.com pricing has three paid levels. Solo is $99 per user a month and is sold on annual billing only ($1,188 a year). Professional is $135 per user a month billed annually ($1,620 a year) or $179 month to month, with 1,000 contact credits per seat a month and five mailboxes per user. Business is quoted and adds unlimited seats, credits and AI agents. ATS integration is an add-on on Solo and Professional, and SSO and SCIM are not included on any listed plan. Pin also lists a free plan capped at five contact credits a week.

Pin AI recruiter pricing plans
Pin sells an AI recruiting agent that searches its 850M+ profile index, writes multichannel outreach and books interviews. Its pricing page has a Monthly and Annual toggle badged "25% off". The table below is every plan on the page, per user, per month.
| Plan | Annual billing | Monthly billing | Per seat per year | Contact credits | AI agents | Mailboxes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | $0 | 5 a week | 1 | None listed, email-only sequences |
| Solo | $99 | Not offered | $1,188 | 500 a month | 2 | 1 |
| Professional | $135 | $179 | $1,620 annual, $2,148 monthly | 1,000 per seat a month | 2 per user | 5 per user |
| Business | Quoted | Quoted | Quoted | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Three details on the card matter more than the headline price. Solo cannot be bought month to month: switch the toggle to Monthly and the $99 card reads "only on annual billing". Professional is the first plan with team collaboration, a shared inbox and what Pin calls advanced agent sourcing. And the "25% off" on annual billing is really 24.6% ($135 against $179), close enough that it will not change a decision, but worth knowing if you build a budget from the badge.
How much does Pin cost for a recruiting team?
For a team, Pin costs $1,620 per recruiter a year on Professional with annual billing, because Solo is limited to a single seat. Three recruiters pay $4,860 a year, five pay $8,100 and ten pay $16,200. On monthly billing the same teams pay $6,444, $10,740 and $21,480. Business is quoted, so a team that needs unlimited credits or premium ATS integrations gets its price from sales.
| Team | Plan | Annual billing, per year | Monthly billing, per year | Contact credits a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 recruiter | Solo | $1,188 | Not offered | 500 |
| 1 recruiter who wants monthly terms | Professional | $1,620 | $2,148 | 1,000 |
| 3 recruiters | Professional | $4,860 | $6,444 | 3,000 |
| 5 recruiters | Professional | $8,100 | $10,740 | 5,000 |
| 10 recruiters | Professional | $16,200 | $21,480 | 10,000 |
Add the ATS integration add-on to any of those rows if you need candidates written back into Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn or another system. Pin does not print its price.
What a Pin contact credit buys
Pin's plan table prices contact data plainly: a personal email costs one credit, a work email one credit and a phone number one credit. That makes Pin one of the few AI recruiters where you can work out a cost per revealed contact from the public page.
- Solo: $99 for 500 credits, about 19.8 cents a contact.
- Professional, annual: $135 for 1,000 credits, about 13.5 cents a contact.
- Professional, monthly: $179 for 1,000 credits, about 17.9 cents a contact.
One caveat before you build a budget on those numbers. The structured data in the same page describes Professional as "500 contact lookup credits per user per month", while the visible card and the comparison table both say 1,000. At 500 credits the annual Professional price works out to 27 cents a contact. Ask Pin which figure your order form uses. Credits are per seat, so a recruiter who runs out cannot borrow from a colleague unless your quote says otherwise.
Pin pricing compared with other AI recruiting tools
Pin's entry price sits at the low end of the AI sourcing category. The figures below are each vendor's own published US prices on annual billing, per user a month, read from their pricing pages.
| Tool | Entry price | Team plan | Contact data | Cost per contact computable? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pin | $99 Solo, annual only | $135 Professional | 500 or 1,000 credits a seat | Yes, 13.5 to 19.8 cents |
| Juicebox | $99 Starter ($119 monthly) | $179 Growth, max 5 seats | 500 or 1,500 contact credits a seat | Yes, about 12 to 20 cents |
| SeekOut | $149 Recruit Core, 3 seats included | Quoted above Core | 500 credits per account | Yes on Core, about 30 cents |
| Loxo | $149 Core | $199 Professional | 2,500 pooled agent credits | No, credits meter agent work |
| Fetcher | $115 Self-serve | $379 Growth | Leads, not credits | No |
| HireAgent | $1,794 a year (Solo, billed annually) | $4,794 a year (Growth, 3 seats) | Included in sourcing volume | Priced per seat and role, not per contact |
On price alone Pin and Juicebox are close: both start at $99 a seat. Pin is cheaper for teams, because its $135 Professional seat has no seat cap where Juicebox Growth stops at five seats. Juicebox is the more flexible buy if you want to pay month to month at the entry level. Our Juicebox pricing breakdown covers its card and its per-agent plan in detail, and the AI recruiting software pricing guide sets the wider field side by side.
What is not on Pin's published plans
Four lines on the pricing page never get a price, and each one can move the bill.
ATS integration. The comparison table marks it as an add-on on both Solo and Professional, and Business gets "premium ATS integrations". The structured data describes Professional as including ATS integration. Pin's FAQ says it integrates with 120+ systems including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Bullhorn, iCIMS and Jobvite. If write-back matters to your team, get the add-on price on the quote.
SSO and SCIM. Both sit under an Add-ons row with no plan marked as including them. For an in-house team whose IT policy requires single sign-on, that is a line to price before the trial ends.
Extra credits. The page does not sell credit top-ups on Solo or Professional. Only Business is unlimited.
The trial terms. Pin's menu says the free plan is "No credit card. No trial. Full product access." Its FAQ says Pin "offers a free trial" with full access "during the trial period". In practice the free plan works as the trial, with one job position, three searches a day and five contact credits a week. That is enough to judge match quality on one role, not enough to judge a month of outreach.
Is Pin worth it for a recruiting agency?
For an agency recruiter who sources outbound every day, Pin Professional at $135 is good value if most of your candidates are reachable by email and the 1,000 monthly credits cover your volume. Multichannel sequences, five mailboxes per user and a shared inbox are the parts agencies use most, and they are on the published plan. Pin says its platform supports separate pipelines per client from one account.
It is a weaker fit in two cases. Contract desks that need pay and bill still need their staffing ATS, and the ATS sync is an add-on. And teams whose outreach goes mostly to people who never answer cold email will burn credits on contacts who do not reply, which is where a ranked, evidence-backed shortlist saves more than a cheaper credit. If you hire for marketing roles, inbound often does part of the job: a listing on a marketing-only job board reaches people already looking, and a sourcing tool fills the rest.
Where HireAgent fits next to Pin
Pin and HireAgent sit in the same category: both source candidates, rank them against the role and run outreach. The difference is in what you are billed for. Pin meters contact reveals per seat. HireAgent plans scale with seats, open roles and sourcing volume, and every shortlist comes back with the evidence behind each candidate's score against your criteria, so a hiring manager can see why someone is on it.
Be honest about the trade-off. Pin integrates with far more applicant tracking systems; HireAgent syncs shortlists to Greenhouse and Lever. If your team runs on another ATS, Pin's breadth matters. If you want the agent to do the screening and ranking, not just the search, start with the candidate matching software page or our AI recruiter cost breakdown. Plans start at $299 a month, or $1,794 a year billed annually.
Common questions
How much does Pin cost per month?
Pin costs $99 per user a month on the Solo plan, billed annually only, and $135 per user a month on Professional with annual billing or $179 month to month. Business is quoted. There is also a free plan with five contact credits a week and one job position.
Does Pin have a monthly plan?
Yes, but only Professional. Professional is $179 per user a month on monthly billing. Solo at $99 is sold on annual billing only, so a single recruiter who wants monthly terms pays the Professional price.
How many contact credits does Pin include?
Solo includes 500 contact credits a month, Professional 1,000 per seat a month on the visible card, and Business unlimited. A personal email, a work email and a phone number each cost one credit. The page's structured data lists Professional at 500, so confirm the figure on your quote.
Does Pin integrate with my ATS?
Pin says it integrates with 120+ applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Bullhorn, iCIMS and Jobvite. On Solo and Professional the ATS integration is listed as an add-on with no published price; Business includes premium ATS integrations.
Is there a Pin free trial?
Pin's free plan works as its trial: no credit card, one job position, one AI agent, three candidate searches a day and five contact credits a week. Its menu says there is no separate trial, while its FAQ refers to a free trial period, so treat the free plan as the way to test it.
