Manatal pricing plans, per user

Manatal publishes three priced plans and a fourth, Custom, that goes through sales. Every price is per user per month, and every plan can be paid monthly or yearly. There is no free plan; the entry point is a 14-day trial with no card.

Manatal does not charge sales tax on fees to customers outside Singapore, so a US buyer pays the card price. Users mean anyone who logs in to work the pipeline; hiring managers are unlimited on every plan and do not count as seats.

The 15-job cap is the number that decides your real price

Most roundups lead with "$15 a user" and stop. Manatal's own FAQ is more specific: the job limit is the maximum number of jobs you can create in the account, it is calculated per account and not per user, and a job is not a headcount, so one job can hold several hires.

That makes Professional a solo or two-person plan. Three recruiters on Professional share 15 open jobs between them. A contingency agency working 20 live requisitions is on Enterprise from day one, and the realistic Manatal price for a working agency desk is $35 a user, not $15. Manatal says as much in its plan guidance: fewer than 15 open positions, Professional; more than 15, Enterprise.

Enterprise also brings workflow automation, which is where the time savings on a busy desk come from: stage-triggered emails, task creation and status changes that happen without someone clicking through each candidate.

What a Manatal subscription costs for a real team

Here are the published prices multiplied out for the team shapes that usually shortlist Manatal. Annual unless noted.

Those are low numbers for an ATS with AI screening included. For comparison, one reported LinkedIn Recruiter seat costs more than the ten-person Enterprise Plus row. The budget question with Manatal is rarely the seat; it is what you add around it.

Is the Manatal annual discount worth it?

Less than it looks on the top plans. The annual price saves $4 a user a month on every tier, which is 21% on Professional but only 10% on Enterprise and 7% on Enterprise Plus. Five Enterprise users save $240 a year by paying annually, in exchange for committing the full $2,100 up front.

For an agency whose billings swing by quarter, monthly billing on Enterprise costs very little extra and keeps the option to drop seats. On Professional, where the saving is proportionally largest, annual makes more sense if you are confident you will stay under 15 jobs.

What is not in the Manatal price

Four lines can change the invoice or the first month, and none has a dollar figure on the pricing page.

• The AI Interviewer. Manatal's 24/7 video screening agent, which interviews candidates in six languages and scores the answers, is labeled an add-on in the plan matrix on all three plans. It is the product Manatal promotes hardest, and the price is quoted.
• Contact data. Finding candidates' phone numbers and emails is listed under Candidate Sourcing, and the sourcing database is described as over 700 million candidates. The page does not say how many reveals a seat includes. Ask before you plan a sourcing workflow around it.
• Branded guest portal and your own job board contracts. Both are add-ons. Free and premium job board posting through Manatal's own channels is included.
• Verification before some features switch on. Job board posting, sending from the Manatal domain, mass email, email automations and AI job descriptions are off during the trial. After the first payment, account verification takes up to three business days. Plan the first week around it.

If you send client agreements and candidate offers out of the ATS, note that Manatal integrates document signing rather than including a signing tool; agencies with many client terms to track often run a separate contract management software for renewals and fee terms.

Manatal pricing compared with other recruiting software

Manatal is the cheapest credible ATS with AI screening that agencies shortlist. The table sets it against the systems it usually competes with, using each vendor's published US price per user per month on annual billing, and shows where each one puts its AI.

Of the six, Manatal is by far the cheapest way to get AI candidate scoring at all, and it does not ration it by plan. The trade is agency depth: it has no timesheets, pay or billing, and it does not include a proprietary sourcing graph like Loxo Source. Manatal's own comparison pages quote rivals' old prices

Manatal publishes a comparison page for most competitors, and they rank well. Two we checked quote rival prices that do not match the rivals' current US cards. The Recruit CRM page says Recruit CRM starts at $49 a user and puts Business at $79; Recruit CRM's US card is $95 and $135. The Loxo page says Loxo starts at $169; Loxo publishes $149 for Core and $199 for Professional. How much does Manatal cost per month?

Manatal costs $19, $39 or $59 per user per month if you pay monthly, and $15, $35 or $55 per user per month if you pay for the year. A three-recruiter agency on Enterprise pays $117 a month on monthly billing or $105 a month equivalent on annual.

Does Manatal have a free plan?

No. Manatal offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card, with access to most features on all three plans, but job board posting, mass email and email automations stay off until the account is paid and verified. At the end of the trial you are charged only if you have entered a payment method.

What is the difference between Manatal Enterprise and Enterprise Plus?

Enterprise Plus costs $20 more a user a month and adds single sign-on, user groups, Open API access, the MCP server for connecting AI assistants to your account data, the advanced custom report builder, a candidate portal, priority support and beta features. The AI screening is the same on both. Buy Enterprise Plus for SSO or the API, not for better AI.

Is Manatal worth it for a recruitment agency?

For a small permanent placement agency, yes. At $35 a user, Enterprise gives unlimited jobs, workflow automation and AI scoring for about a quarter of what most agency systems charge. It is a weaker fit for contract staffing firms that need pay and bill, and for desks where the bottleneck is finding people rather than screening them, because the seat does not include a published contact allowance or an agent that runs searches.

What a cheap seat still leaves your recruiters doing

Manatal makes a recruiter faster at judging candidates already in the pipeline. It does not fill the pipeline, and it does not do the first pass on people you have not found yet.
