Terms of Service

By accessing and using Hire Agent's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

When you generate content using our AI video generation service: • You retain full commercial rights to the output videos • You may use the videos for advertising and marketing purposes • You may modify and edit the generated content • You may not resell or redistribute the raw AI model outputs • You may not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes • AI actor licenses can be withdrawn by the actor with notice • Upon license withdrawal, you retain usage rights for 1 year from the notice date • Hire Agent retains all rights, title, and interest in the underlying AI technology and models

As a user of our platform, you agree to: • Provide accurate account information • Maintain the security of your account • Not share your account credentials • Not use the service for any illegal purposes • Not attempt to reverse engineer the service • Not upload harmful or malicious content • Obtain all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions for any materials, likenesses, or other assets you upload or incorporate into your generated videos

• Payment is required for premium features and video generation • All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law • Prices may change with notice • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis • We use Stripe as our payment processor • Payment information is securely handled through Stripe

Generated content must not: • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Contain hate speech or discriminatory content • Promote violence or illegal activities • Include adult or explicit content • Impersonate others without authorization • Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Hire Agent retains ownership of the AI platform, models, and underlying technology • You retain ownership of your AI-generated UGC videos, subject to these Terms • By using Hire Agent, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content for the provision and improvement of our services • You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded assets, including images and video references, do not violate or infringe upon any third-party rights

• Hire Agent provides the service “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind • We do not guarantee that the AI-generated content will meet your expectations, be error-free, or be suitable for a particular purpose • Your use of the platform is at your sole risk; you assume full responsibility for any decisions made or actions taken based on the content generated

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hire Agent, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from: - Your use of the platform or generated content - Violations of these Terms - Infringement of any third-party right (including intellectual property rights) • You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines regarding your generated videos

Hire Agent shall not be liable for: • Indirect or consequential damages • Loss of profits or data • Service interruptions • Third-party actions • Factors beyond our reasonable control
